Travelers insurance has given the city 325,000 to replace the artificial turf here at Veterans Memorial stadium. Fox 25 investigates was the first to tell you last night about a new lawsuit filed by detective matthew gutwell. The 12 year veteran was suspended from the force in august. In his lawsuit, gut well claims his suspension was retaliation because he reported corruption in the department. In february, gut well made a formal complaint with the misconduct.
