The phone was examined, it was discovered that all content had been erased. He told investigation that he had no idea how the cellphone was removed from his office mailed to his lawyer. This is where police say Perez Rodriguez struck captain wilcox. A Prosecutor Says captain wilcox fractured his skull. Tried to help captain wilcox. Fox 25 obtained a copy of the suspects driving record, we saw some speeding violations, a chargeable accident, and his license has been suspended. In the interim, im hoping the judge will review the law and the interstate contact and allow him to go back to minnesota pending the trial. Theres the eye of that storm and thats an intenselooking system. Now, notice the slight northeast jog, we were noticing that this afternoon, i was talking to you starting at 4 00 p. M. , pushing it right toward haiti. That puts jamaica, yes, youre going to get impact, some rain here, could get flooding, certainly a little bit of a storm surge, but now a Tropical Storm warning because of that slight eas makes all the difference to anyone in the path of this storm. So this is moving toward the dos, category 4, 140 miles per hour, expecting over 30 inches of rain on the western edge of haiti from this storm. There is mountainous terrain in haiti. Any kind of rain, heavy rain, that flows right down the mountains into the villages and the city of portauprince and that causes incredible flooding. Thats why the landslide possibility and a really dangerous situation for them. Category 4, by tomorrow afternoon, so if this storm doesnt get ripped apart by the mountainous terrain, it stays a data recorder gore 4, makes its way into the bahamas, weakening slightly, a category 3, but still, 120 miles per hour. Its going to blow most structures down, except for the most well built ones in the bahamas and places like nassau and freeport, where the big resorts are.
