The search area is up to 25 by 25 square miles, says the lieutenant and the weather is a concern. He said the number of people who have died from opioid overdoses in the last four years has tripled and his plan works to reverse that. This has got to stop. First time opioid prescribes would only be allowed a 72 hour supply and patients being prescribed 60 and 80 day surprise is an en supplies is an entry point for abuse. The bill would allow doctors to hold the patients for up to 72 hours of involuntary treatment after an overdose if they pose a much like a psychiatric hold. Mark there have been six deadly overdoses alone. Some in the city are pushing for education to make sure people know how dealers are actually getting users hooked. The judge has ordered an independent psychological review of chism at a highly secure area in Worcester State Hospital that could take up to 20 days or longer. New documents from massdot show this were until august more than 16 million gallons of water leaked in the tunnels. They also show that so far, the state is paying the oncall contractor hired to repair the leaks between 5 and 7 million, but massdot tells us most of the leaks happened between january and april of this year. A time the state saw record snowfall. Disturbing. That would make me think, its going to pop some day with im in it, but absolutely makes me comfortable that theyre taking care of it. I would say that the leaks are within the federal guidelines. Governor baker says he would like to get to the point where the state is not just within federal guidelines and isnt spending this kind of money to just patch holes. In fact, it all raises questions about whether or not the state for maintenance and repairs of 12. 5 million by march of 2017. When youre talking about tunnels, they either run along the bottom of a body of water, or underneath a body of water, and in our case, we have a little bit of both here. Pawtucket Rhode Island Police are investigating the 40 second video. The video appears to show the officer handcuffing one student that was on the ground, then grabbing the other and throwing him to the ground. Police say it all started when the officer tried to arrest one of the students for being loud and disruptive, when his brother intervened, the officer used a takedown move. Todays protest led to ten arrests. Police say some of the demonstrators were spitting at them and making threats, so they pepper sprayed some of the students. School resource officer is still on the job preponderance of the evidencing the results of the investigation. But demonstrators want him removed from the school.
