of people in the home right there at his front door. that's what you are looking at right now, the aftermath of that. police had been working to get a search warrant all day long after a woman at the home called 911 this morning saying brown had threatened her with a weapon. a s.w.a.t. team had been at the home at one point after police said he refused to come out. his instagram account denying he backgrounds. than that it is a public safety issue and sent this letter to uber yesterday and we have learned that a staff member from uber has responded, agreeing to meet with the mayor to talk about better ways to screen their drivers. >> paul griffin remains in jail was an uber driver for several years until sunday when everett police arrested him. police say on sunday, griffin drove by two young girls and then exposed and fondled himself while he was alone in his car. we dug into and learned he was also arrested last march, after boston police say he exposed himself to two females up at the university students. and earlier this month, another uber driver was arrested in everett on charges of rape. everett mayor carlos demario was unavailable because he is sick with the flu but his chief of staff, kevin o'donnell, told us both drivers have record and said it's unacceptable uber still allowed them to continue driving. >> it is very alarming and disturbing and something needs similar incidents in malden. the mother of one malden teen told us griffin propositioned her daughter just last week. >> how is he an approved driver and why is he on the street and not registered as see the spin and it doesn't mean it's weakening, but sometimes we pulse back and forth and it has to be investigated be i the national hurricane center. but the latest observation is 35 miles per hour wind, that was as of 2:00, with a track that would take it very close to or over the outer banks and still forecasting to become a tropical storm. question whether it's hermine or first one to form into a tropical storm will be hermine and the next is ian. this will take a path well to the south and not bother us. rain off shore, wind will be off shore, it will throw some waves and rip currents potential back too the coast. this is gaston out here in the middle of the atlantic. this is halifax, nova scotia, this is bermuda way out here it's not worth tracking anymore, just a real nice looking storm. but this one has picqued our interest. notice the flaring up of thunderstorms in the last couple scenes up in here. i want to watch this one to see if it will develop. it's out over warm water in the gulf of mexico, forecasting to come in and become a strong tropical storm. right now 35 miles per hour wind. that's what it was at last check. waiting for late word again, that was the 2:00 check, forecast to come in the tropical storm at 60 miles per hour. into the coast of florida. near the big banner, somewhere between panama city and tampa. and make its way inland and off the cost of the carolinas, hurricane center track at last check was taken out to keep it far away from us but the uncertainty getting close to us and looking at the newer model information coming in ahead of the national hurricane center official track, looks toes like it will come closer to us, at least with an uncertainty area. we will watch this and i expect that to be a little closer track to us, some of those computer models are bringing it closer. in fact, here is a better look at that. the spaghetti plots show all the different models, they clumped together in here and start to diverge up here and even some hooking back toward us. but all of them seem to want to come closer to us, that's what we are expecting a closer track next time one comes in. i will have it for you in a few minutes. 5:00 is when it will come in. futurecast keeps us dry in southern new england, storms in the north and west. and then on thursday, showers and thunderstorms rolling in. little optimistic for heavy downpours to come through here. we need them, good to have one thursday before the weekend is underway. seven-day forecast shows the big caat problem-free to me. and the 70s, so a little cooler but nice. it's when we get to the sunday thru tuesday time frame we have to entertain the thought of some tropical moisture getting on in here and that's something we will talk much about today in the
