The storm initially came in as the Tornado Warning after 3 00 this morning. When you have that lined up next to eacho especially the bright area, right in here, right next to concord, over fact, thats where you have spinning motion. I can flip this, and show you a 3 dimensional view. And what you will find here is that the red and green are going from the cloud all the way down to the ground. That is, in fact, a tornado.
