i'm vanessa welch. crystal haynes has been emailing the d.a. and talking with neighbors. crystal, new tonight you obtained the 911 calls for help. >> we had some dispatch recordings, that is true, vanessa, i can tell you. but the crime scene tape is down and the q the 19-year-old woman was unresponsive in this home and they're trying to figure out how she got to this place. they say it was a quiet peruvian family that was very religious. >> police called this home just before noon today for two dates and a baby unresponsive inside. the baby neighbors believe just >> i don't like the idea of the baby. i'm not sure what happened to the baby at all. d.a. tells fox 25 a 23-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman are being treated at a local hospital and jasmine says that young woman was a classmate of hers at marlborough high school. i don't but thought they were a nice family. >> reporter: nicole still lives a few houses down. she's shocked to hear the tragic events unfolded right months in jail for his role on a drunk driving crash that killed a mother and daughter. since we first told but this last night. fox 25's john monahan spo brother who feels justice has not been served here. >> that's right, mark. he's upset that no one was found at fault for the death of his sister and niece. the prosecution asked for a five-year sentence. the judge imposed two years. but the off-duty state trooper will only serve 120 days behind bars. >> we just wanted to seek justice and we don't think we did. >> reporter: mr. brightland sat down with fox 25 frustrated that head-on collision involving an off-duty state trooper that left his sister susan and her daughter juliette dead. >> he was at fault for something speed and alcohol alone. >> reporter: john was not on duty back on september 22nd, 2013. he was found guilty driving drunk with a .19 blood alcohol level and driving recklessly when the car hit mackey, cr susan died instantly. juliette at the hospital. >> they're very close. >> reporter: the mother and daughter were inseparable. this is the last picture of the two taken at the red sox game that night. on the way home they were killed. after a five-day trial, a jury found that she was not guilty -- that the officer was not guilty of motor vehicle homicide or manslaughter. >> it boggles our minds that that is not a contributing factor to the end result of >> it's that question that frustrates tim. >> we don't have any revengeful feelings for him. if there's any pain right now, it's with the justice system. >> reporter: that frustration is why tim spoke to us. he wants his sister and his niece to rest in peace. on the way home from the courthouse, he stopped at the scene of the fatal crash to say goodbye. >> a state police accident reconstruction susan mackey also crossed the double yellow line that night. but the judge added while he did not cause the accident, he contribute to the death of susan and juliette because of his choice to drive drunk and recklessly. i'm john monahan, fox 25 news. new at 10:00 tonight, an mbta bus driver accused of leaving the scene of the accident. it happened just before 6:00 tonight near west wyoming and river streets in melrose. the bus hit a parked car and longer transporting passengers. they're also investigating whether he was under the influence of prescription drugs at the time. police arrested lori albanis today. on monday the s.w.a.t. team found two loaded high capacity guns and two stun guns. police arrested a teen who lives in the home the same day. they say their investigators are looking for the suspect, as you mentioned. girl's friend, she tells us her friend so scared right now that she doesn't even want to be in her own home right now. >> reporter: she says she had like headphones and music up all the way walking to the bus stop and out of nowhere a guy came in a van behind her. >> reporter: this 15-year-old girl doesn't want her name out there. she's scared after what happened. her friend was assaulted while walking to the bus stop. the victim is only 14 years old. she was 7:00 this morning on puritan and alder bury roads in born. >> someone came up behind her, put her to the ground, i get hands were like under her stomach so there was no way for her to like defend herself. >> reporter: police say luckily a witness saw what happened. >> a girl at the bus stop was yelling her name. >> reporter: the suspect got spooked. >> that's when the guy took off when she ran up to her. but there's weird people out there. >> reporter: borne description of the suspect. described as a white male, in his early 20s or early 30s, possibly. he was in a blue or gray older model sedan with partial plates of sw or 5w written on it. in the meantime back out here live, investigators tell us they will be constantly patrolling the area, but they also want to warn the public that there is, quote, no increased risk to the public. and they in the apartment above the one leblanc showed up at unannounced on sunday night. police say leblanc showed them a wanted poster and then asked to use the bathroom. >> i'm there all day and don't ask to use the bathroom or people's phones. >> reporter: he works as a senior officer at the m.i.t. credit union and may have targeted the home because the woman who lives there is an m.i.t. employee and a customer at m.i.t.'s credit union. police also report f information of four other m.i.t. credit union customers including an arlington man who works for m.i.t.'s lincoln laboratory, a woburn woman who works for the lab, and a carlyle man who's a professor at m.i.t. >> this guy has all the equipment of a modern day police officer, including a loaded hand gunn and we're gonna work with our clear overnight and then there's this. a line of showers moving our way. they were back here by hudson bay when i talked to our early you in our early newscast. now the snow has pushed off to the east and they have taken over much of new england. we're looking for this front south ward and bring us a change. behind the front the rain changes to snow and that's what we expect from this system. we're not gonna see snow but air cold enough that it would be snow if there was just enough moisture in the air. temperatures in the 40s right now. some 30s back here. so on average in the morning it'll be 44 degrees with sunshine. it will be clear, chilly. winds won't be too strong just ye having is a great shot for our fox 25 pictures of the day. that kind of weather is still gonna be around but there will be a respite and it comes starting tomorrow afternoon. so meteorologist shiri spear will have her eyes on that front coming into northern new england again. green changes to blue as the cold air comes in changing raindrops to snowflakes. that front slides southward and becomes a little tougher to pick out when it gets down here. but what you look for is where these clouds are and also where that's the wind blowing toward the southeast from the northwest and creating the streaks of clouds. obviously it's still kind here. by 2:30 in the afternoon it's coming to the islands. we'll clear out through friday evening and then it will be clear and cold high temperatures tomorrow, well into the 50s and a few 60s here in southern most massachusetts pretty northern new england will be cooler and here in southern new england it is going to be fairly mild. 55 degrees, gusts at 30 miles per hour during the parade. won't be turning cold just yet but it's on the way as the fronts comes on through. conversation with president-elect trump. it was wide ranging. we talked about some of the organizational issues in setting up the white house. we talked about foreign policy, we talked about metro politics and as i said last night my number one priority in the coming two months is to try to facilitate a transition that ensures our president-elect is successful. >> this was a meeting that was going to last for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and then we were just gonna get to know each other. we had never met each other. the meeting lasted for almost after hour and a half, and it could have, as far as i'm concerned, it could have gone for a lot longer. we really -- we discussed a lot of different situations. some wonderful and some difficult. i very much am looking forward to dealing with controversial plan he has donald trump didn't win massachusetts but a third of the state's voters did vote for him. according to wbur bans of towns voted in the republican central and south when part consuming -- from using other marijuana products. >> i think employers will be concerned about their employees potentially more than using marijuana and failing drug tests and that could be -- have an impact on the workforce. may have to be sorted out in court. >> you have to balance a person's right to privacy with the employer's right to have a safe workplace. >> federal laws come into play in
