Some of them have beenic haved for Forcible Rape of a child and indecent assaulted and battery on a child under 14 and theyre living on light street where this mom tells me she is protecting her kids by keeping her eyes open. The kids just go about their business. They dont really concern themselves with whos standings outside 41. But i do. Because i know whats in there. Reporter there is no regulation in lynn to stop large numbers of sex offenders from living at the same address. Would probably be stricken down thats because last year the threw out lynns regulations to keep sex offenders away there schools and parks. If there is sex offenders living there they shouldnt there be with the children living there. Find somewhere else for them there. Should be a program or something for them.
