M. , still seeing fog out there, it really 11 00 areawide, but then well be looking at sunshine moving in and the chance for rain and a couple of thunderstorms this evening which ill track for you daralene . Developing this morning, Volusia County deputies working to find the man they say raped a week. And a woman accused of being his accomplice is waiting to see a judge this morning. Eyewitness news this mornings has been monitoring and the victim tried to get away but she was too scared. Reporter thats right, she was scared for her life and told investigators he said he would kill her family if she didnt keep quiet. Viewpoint Sheriffs OfficeVolusia CountySheriffs Office investigators looking for Terrell Williamson who raped a woman three times in one week. Daria hill accused of holding batteries. Williamson pointed a gun at the victim, demanding she take off her clothes. He retrieved a gun out of his pants that were nearby and pointed it at her head, and basically said, youre going to do what i tell you to do. Reporter the second time the victim said williamson held a pillow over her face while raping her. And a third time she said he punched her and hill held her down against her will while williamson raped her. Deputies arrested hill on friday without a problem at her mothers apartment where the alleged attacks took place. Again, investigators are still looking for williamson. Daralene . Orange county deputies say a Good Samaritan probably went too far chasing down a hit and run driver and opening fire. But hes not likely to face charges. It happened yesterday on pine hills road, deputies say 31yearold neil was driving on a suspended license when he crashed in to two people then took off. Thats when this eyewitness you see here chased down peter neil and confronted him. Steal the Good Samaritans car but he shot out his own tire, then shot again after he says neil lunged at him. Deputies believe it was selfdefense. Luckily this gentleman as far as we know did not have any type of firearms, the witness did but he went out too far and confronted the guy, almost became a victim himself. Neil was booked in to jail yesterday and is still there this morning. 117 accused drug dealers are now in jail in lake county after an investigation that took months to bring cash, guns, and drugs off the streets. Deputies say they targeted a major crystal methamphetamine ring that moved a kilo of drugs each month. That adds to street value of 100,000 each. Some of the accused drug dealers even had motion and light detectors on their properties, possibly to find anyone on them. We find it in more shows you the money they were making and the level of activity they were worried about having that type of security. Even with 117 arrests, investigators are still trying to find 33 more people. And we now know one of the people linked to that operation is facing murder charges in a cold case. Leesburg police say Kenneth Ray Reed responsible for the death of hauser in 2007. Reed told police he tried to have sex with her, constrained her and covered her nose and mouth hoping she would black out, he took off when she went limp. Now we feel like were going to get justice, even though we cant bring her back, we still feel like there will be some justice served. Family members say they had suspected reed was responsible, he had been hanging out with hauser and a group of other people the night before she was found dead. Right now i4 east of fairbanks and you can definitely see that fog especially as you head over on to the horizon. But things are improving, really not going to be very good until about 8 00 or 9 00 this morning, but the i4 corridor, especially, if you have plans to travel up and down the corridor, the fog will be very thick. Satellite radar showing mostly cloudy skies and giving a big picture, that cold front still well out to our west, going to take its sweet time getting in here over the next 24 hours. Be our big problem to overcome this morning, and anywhere from volusia, seminole, Orange County thats where our thickest fog is, as well as southern brevard, melbourne. Everywhere else seeing a touch of fog, leesburg, clermont, really the i4 corridor heading all the way to the coastline, were dealing with some of that fog. Reporter thats right, she told authorities she was scared for her life and told investigators that he said he didnt keep quiet. The victim told investigators Terrell Williamson raped her three times. Investigators said 18yearold daria hill was there each time. The first time williamson pointed a gun at the victims head and demanded she take off her clothes, when she told him no, it turned violent. She told us he retrieved a gun out of his pants nearby and pointed at her head and basically said youre going to do what i tell you to do. Reporter the second assault allegedly occurred nine hours later, the victim told deputies williamson pulled out a gun, smothered her with a pillow while he had sex with her. Its been 25 years since a womans remains found in a wooded area in Volusia County. But investigators are hoping this year theyll solve the cold case. Eyewitness news this mornings roy ramos spoke to deputies who are hoping new technology will help to identify the victim and find the killer. Reporter it has been 25 years since the bones of ai woman a woman believed to be between 25 and 40 years old discovered in Volusia County and have yet to identify her. Eyewitness news was there in 1990 when Sheriff Deputies searched for clues in a wooded area off clive morris boulevard but came up empty handed. They were left only with this image constructed by an artist with clay based on the shape of the womans skull. The facial reconstruction we had then was the best we could have at the time. We used it for years. Reporter and for years, not only have they been unable to find out who she is but have yet to find her killer. Just recently the Sheriffs Office released this updated image developed with newer technology. You can see the drastic change with placed when placed side by side with the older one. We found we can update this, make it much morelike digitally. Reporter in this case, putting depth markers on a 3d image of a skull, then begin to build out the thickness on that skull similar to the process that you can see as being done they will then add eyes, a nose, someone will recognize that image. This one of course, is generic, and then call police. What we got was a product that was really, looked like someone you could imagine, someone you might know, someone you might recognize. Reporter investigators believe that the victim was killed three to eight weeks before her bones were found. The Sheriffs Office hopes with the latest image someone will have a clue that will point them in the right direction to solving her murder. We want to be able to identify her, thats the first step in many steps in finding out what happened to her. Reporter roy ramos, Eyewitness News this morning. The Sheriffs Office told us crime line is offering up to a 5,000 reward for information to help solve this cold case.
