get back at her when one was sent to the principal's office. channel 9's julie salomone was in court when the girls went their parents were in court, too, upset. >> the parents were crying and so were the children in court. it happened at deltona middle school. the sheriff's office made it clear even though they spiked the drink with crushed red pepper, it is still considered poisoning. three middle school girls are facing felony charges for messing with their teacher's drink. they arrived in this van saturday morning to see a judge for the first time. we weren't allowed to bring cameras inside because of their ages. a judge ordered each of them to spend 21 days in the juvenile detention center. according to the volusia county sheriff's office, this started monday when teacher jane morgan sent marjorie herrera to the principal's office for dumping glue in another student's backpack and suspicion of stealing a laptop. the 12-year-old hatched a plan to get back at her teacher. from her parents' house and poured it in the tear's soda. her throat became hot and scratchy. she started to choke and experienced shortness of breath. two other girls were charged for being in on the plan. according to the sheriff's office report, the teacher asked to press charges against those who spiked her drink. reporting live in volusia county, julie salomone, channel 9 eyewitness news. investigators are searching for a missing two-month-old girl out of broward county. deputies are looking for taraji kemp. the newborn and her mother were asleep when someone broke in and took the girl. they say she was wearing a pink onesie. they believe she is with two unidentified men riding in a dark colored nissan car. we will monitor the search and bring you updates online at wftv.com. covering brevard county, -- melbourne police are trying to find the person that put a package at a movie theater. 150 people were evacuated. police are looking for this man, he is a person of interest. the bag had writing on it. the brevard county bomb squad responded and found the items were not a hazard. the 8-year-old boy hit by a car riding his bicycle just got a new bike. we were
