with attempted second degree murder with a firearm. >> this 23-year-old criminal's career may have ran out. he shot a gator's manager during an armed bold robbery. today a judge did not release him on jail on a bond. >> fleeing and eluding and charged with attempted murder. >> the lists and arrests and convictions is page after page of crimes that date back until he was 12 years old. many of the charges say this, no lo over and over again. it means the state just couldn't prosecute the case. we wondered why. >> you can bet that the state attorney's office had problems in prosecuting the case. which would have been just a few years ago, 5 years ago, but other cases had multiple problems whether it involved witnesses or some problem with the evidence. steve barrett, channel 9, eyewitness news. no new updates just yet out of volusia county where deputies are investigating human remains found in a swampy area near the volusia county branch jail. investigators have told us the work at the scene will stop after dark and pick back up in the morning. another report from that scene during eyewitness news at 6:00. we have learned within the just blocks from winter park's busy park avenue is being doubled a double inside. jordan ingram and frank freeman died. warrant. they won't say what they're looking for. george estovez is live on the scene. there's evidence left behind of what could be considered a shoot out. >> reporter: yeah, the evidence where all the bullet holes in the cars and the bullets on the that's one piece of evidence. also the fact that it could be a shoot out is that police are not looking for anymore suspects. take a look at the scene behind me. a whole team of detectives and investigators just left. it's roped off and there's just one vehicle monitoring the scene waiting for that search warrant. >> you can see markings where bullets pierced through the purple pick up truck parked here on comestock avenue a major thoroughfare leading into winter park. investigators were back out looking for any evidence that may help them solve this case. >> nothing like this has ever happened here. >> alisa hines who lives around the corner heard the gunfire last night. >> we were inside eating dinner and heard four shots going off. >> police are not releasing many details at the point but you can see all the markings where bullets were found over night. two men died during the shoot out. at this point we don't know the relationship between both men whose bodies were found lying on the front lawn. >> today we found bullet holes outside the house. our cameras were there when this blue four door car pulled out of the house driveway and made its way down the street. >> that's just something you only see on the news. no one expects to open the door and see that across the street. pretty scary. >> reporter: even scarier for some people. park avenue with all the restaurants and where you go to have brunch and lunch and hang out at night tonight in the san bernardino massacre investigation, today the fbi raided the home of one of the brother's of the shooters. agents say during that search farook's father had to be detained for safety. no one was arrested. back in december you'll remember farook and his wife tashfeen maleek killed 14 party. the captain of eve el faro got a text message warning him about the storm. he warmed him about hurricane joaquin and he said davidson said he planned to go he was board. 105 million visitors flocked to florida last year and that broke the record for the fifth year in a row. jenay 44-year-old david gillette started the chain reaction that led to this huge crash on i-4 in osceola county yesterday. they say gillette rear ended 21-year-old maxcine barcovich who was killed. she rear ended the car in front of her and that hit the car in front of it. right now a party is underway in downtown orlando the welcome the newest restaurant. a live look from church street. folks are gathering to celebrate the opening of wallbergers. the celebrities are expected to be there tonight. church street has been closed from garland to orange since 10:00 and will not reopen until search crews are braving in their search for evidence that will tell them who this could be. >> police just arrested two men in the mass shooting at an orlando club. at 6:00 we're still asking police what break in the case led to the arrest. we have team coverage in the search for baby willow. a former massage therapist is accused of sexually aabuse ingbusing work. he was not arrest in the case. >> reporter: he had that lawsuit filed today against the spa where he used to work after another alleged victim came forward. >> this woman who did not want to show her face said she was sexual assaulted by this man at massage envy back in june. it's that arrest that attorney adam horowitz said led to more >> at least three other victims of sexual battery have come forward by mr. guerrero. >> police are still investigating this claim and guerrero has not been arrested or charged at this point. guerrero was later found to be to be working at a facial spa in dr. phillips. he said he didn't reveal his arrest. >> we reached out to the chain for any type of reaction and they refused to comment. we also found the department of health's website that guerrero's license is still good to practice in the state in winter garden. >> his license appears clear on the department of health website. unless the convictions are listed they list no public >> reporter: after guerrero was arrested in the winter garden case he posted bond. he's not facing any other charges in any other cases. outside of the orange county courthouse, roy ramos, channel 9, eyewitness news. we have a new warning (elephant noise) (donkey noise) hey candidates, a surveyor found remains off international speedway boulevard in daytona beach. ty russell was there. >> this what we have learned, deputies are walking in near knee deep water in this wooded area. there's one deputy who just came out of this wooded and swampy area. you can see what he's wearing as investigators search for more human remains. rolling as volusia county deputies came out of this wooded area along international speedway boulevard near daytona beach. investigators told us a surveyor doing site work just before 1:00 discovered a piece of what appears to be a human skull. now deputies are searching for other bones. investigators said they have been here for a while. >> we wanted to know if they were connected to a mom killed with two children earlier. or from four women kill in a serial killer. >> this is one of those things where obviously the remains have been out there for some time. it could be a case like that. >> here's a look at some of the conditions in this swampy area. you can see this is some of the water that deputies have been going through for the last several hours. now we asked if
