Reporter she and the daughters boyfriend sprang into action and caught the suspect, they caught up with her as she was getting into her car, they tried to get her out, the suspect decided to take off. Someone wanted to build a dock like this one, they would need permission from the county, the okay to clear out vegetation like this that makes up so much of the shoreline.
