The dangerous encampment on beach street has been a place for 2 months. Homeless advocates are frustrated and have accused leaders on both sides of using the homeless and a political spat. The timestamp on the video shows this is at almost 1 30 a. M. October 17. It shows Sasha Samsudean walking alone north on orange avenue when she stops at the intersection with washington street. She is unsteady on her feet but eventually she steadies herself before a car passes and then she crosses. The next clip, a couple minutes later it shows are dogging across jefferson street still alone. Minutes after that, she appears to meet up with people near livingston and starts walking with them in the opposite direction. Timestamps and detectives timeline that all of this happened within a half hour of her going into uptown place right before her accused murder Security Guard stephen duxbury. Police a duxbury strangled her and raped her right before or afterward. He tried to destroy evidence at the scene and disposed of her clothing including the white pants she was wearing.
