just -- justifiable homicide. >> it started as a home invasion investigation were deputy say a resident fought back and stabbed the suspects. steve barrett has been at the apartment on oak reserve this afternoon brevard county deputies have made an arrest in the death of a mims grandfathered eyewitness news told you about this case earlier this month. deputy say the 67-year-old confrontation happened. >> reporter: and they apparently stopped in the area along here with the victim apparently touched a vehicle and i am told that is what sparked the deadly confrontation as the victim and suspects were separated by defense. 51-year-old warren buchanan is facing a charge of manslaughter in the death of 67-year-old herman already appeared deputies do nothing readiest death was
