happening now, bernie sanders at the podium right now sanders campaigning for clinton in colorado this is the first day that mail in ballots went to the state today.>> billionaires , this handful of people with hundreds of billions of dollars between them have determined that owning the economy is not good enough. states government. but we are seeing is in state after state after state, these colorado in the poll voting hillary. 35% to 47%. later, bernie sanders will be moving to arizona, clinton is getting more help their dash there. arizona traditionally a red state, sanders will headline two campaign rallies tomorrow. clinton aides believe sanders can boost turnout with young people in arizona and then on wednesday debate night, chelsea clinton headlining a rally in arizona rounding out the week first lady michelle obama expecting to campaign in that state has not voted for a democratic presidential nominee since bill clinton 20 years ago in 1996. we are waiting to find out the name of the man who pasco county deputies shot and killed last night. it started when the man was fighting with his pregnant girlfriend at a house on blue jay drive. a neighbor heard him say he had a gun, the swat team found him in the bathroom with a knife. deputies him so they shot him. look at these new faces from tampa's big cat rescue, seven arriving today including bobcats, cougars and a leopard. the facility that were at had a ton of problems and was forced to give them up serious problems. one of which, a tiger getting loose because a gate was left open it ended up biting the sanctuary director. the animals at the facility across the country. >> we love being able to provide a permanent home for the cats we know when they come here they will live with us for the rest of take care of them. something that affects your wallet, gas prices supposed to drop in the month of october, but so far they are not first it was hurricane matthew, now problems at major refineries. in four states they are only putting out 85% of gasoline and with hurricane matthew so many people hit the gas stations we had a demand issue. this is what is going on in tampa bay gas prices have gone up over $0.08 we are now paying $2.20 per gallon. nationwide it outside, it is warm we are talking about gas prices going down in october. prices and the temperatures going down. >> take a look at this, 90 degrees right now in tampa, a perfect beach day in october. on anna maria island even the water temperature is now back up to 80 degrees. so it is hot out there, with a lot of humidity but there are changes ahead you will be really excited about. 84 in zephyrhills, 85 brooksville, 85 lake wales. so here is what is headed our way, it will take a few days but friday we have a strong cool front approaching, it will push through early saturday and behind it is cooler, drier air will settle in i am talking cooler noticeably cooler for we may get a few showers through friday evening and early saturday morning but not a ton of rain and then it is going to be cooler and less humid into the weekend, these are the high temperatures, 79 as the high on saturday. 78 on sunday with the exception of the early morning shower possible on saturday it will be nice and dry throughout the day and all through sunday with a lot of sunshine, like fall getting excited we may have to break out receiving, but parts of the state are under flood warnings, the number of people killed from the storm is at 25. the governor revising the number to less than what was originally reported. taking a way. >> it has a chance of developing into a tropical system over the next five days, a 60% chance of that happening but the good news, look at the spaghetti models where it is going if it develops, does to our temperatures in the meantime coming up. 22 days before the election in florida voters have a win today a federal judge says you cannot toss out a mail-in ballot if the signature on the ballot does not match. the judge says he wants county election offices to notify voters first if their signature doesn't match what is on file. once voters are notified they have until 5:00 pm the day more than 4% states started tracking the rates the same way, president obama credits the grant program for the changes. >> some were controversial, he says that is what is helping improve some of the lowest performing schools in the country helping schools invest in preschools. more students are demographic, there are big differences among ethnicities. asian-americans they had the highest graduation rate, native americans the lowest at nearly 72%. the good news, nearly every state has a boost in graduation rates in florida about 70% of students graduating from high school, a slight claims? >> the point is to delegitimize the election if he loses. >> so what is his advice? >> if you are a fair person and you want to look at the facts, then go talk to your secretary of state a few clouds, the rain is trying to work its way into the east coast of florida, it does not do a very good job, by noon a slight chance of a sprinkle in polk county but that is it, we are not looking at any high chances for rain in the days ahead, but of course what does we have seen 90 degrees in tampa, 84 is where we should be the record is 93. we are closer to the record then we are to the average temperatures and we should be starting off in the upper 60s, instead we will start off near 70 degrees each morning and our highs are going to be in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees for the next couple of days with at best a 10% chance of cool front comes in, we will have the forecast for my weekend coming up next. you may think a cell phone is the number one reason teenagers are getting into accidents, that is actually wrong, the person sitting next to them is the problem. last week we told you more teenagers are dying in car what makes a good passenger? listen up because these can go for anyone who is in the car driving or riding does not matter your age. first and foremost, don't talk to the driver unless you absolutely have to. it does distract them, secondly it is not just the driver who shouldn't be on their cell phone, the passenger should stay off their cell phone as well. and instead of being on the to change the ac and music and gps so the driver can keep both launch was delayed multiple times thanks to hurricane matthew and nicole and last night because they were having equipment issues. tampa bay is in between these outer circles. that means we should be
