Officers appear to be police have confirmed this gun is the gun they recovered at the scene from scott. Based on what we have seen, he absolutely had a gun at the scene. The suspect has a record of assault charges. The motive for the shooting is still unknown. Investigators are trying to find out how 18yearold Sebastian Lee was killed.
