caller said the homeowner may be suicidal and shots were fired and schlosser was killed. >> didn't expect this because i was just with him on friday. he was in good spirits and we were doing some business at the marine corps league. he was looking forward to getting involved. he was in a lot of pain, and i think today he had a plan to commit suicide. >> reporter: authorities say a deputy a administrative live pending the investigation. things turned deadly for one man after getting into a fight with his friend. the two friends got into a violent fight. wilson punched darling in the head six or seven times. when police got there, darling was on the ground and was pronounced dead at the scene. wilson was charged with one count of second-degree murder. new information on the ex- crime. according to an arrest affidavit, 32-year-old joseph shriver told officials he was embarrassed and never intended to hurt anyone. a former inmate believes someone put shriver up to setting the fire because he believes shriver wasn't capable of planning the crime himself. the mosque was the same one that the pulse nightclub shooter attended. >> it was a scary ride for a group ofid in south with another man and the game of shuffle board quickly led to an argument and turned physical. hayden, accused of hitting the victim, with his shuffle board 2 stick. he sits in jail charged with simple battery. updating you paralyzed man suffering from als finally has his van back. his family reported his wheelchair-accessible van stolen wednesday morning. that warn was his only way to get to fbi, everybody that was out there, they are the ones that will rescue that little girl. all i had was a simple tool on the truck that they needed. >> stephanie is in good condition at a hospital found just a few miles from her home 18 hours after she went missing. a convicted sex offender who 2012 has been charged with her kidnapping. new york city police shot a man who was waving a meat leaver and attacked -- meat cleaver and attacked a police officer. he tried to remove a boot from a vehicle and he pulled out the cleaver as officers approached him. an offduty detective tackled him, but he lashed out with the cleaver, slicing the detective's face. officers opened fire hitting him at least twice. he is now in the hospital in critical condition. a miracle at the marina. a nanty county man -- manatee county man says if it wasn't for his dog, he wouldn't be alive this morning. the man says he was dead and brought back to life thanks to his four-legged best friend. >> reporter: the models at this point move it to the north. that is a good thing. by the way, the european blows it up as a major hurricane. we'll watch it closely in case it decides to get a little closer to the just a few miles from her home 18 hours after she went missing. a convicted sex offender who 2012 has been charged with her kidnapping. new york city police shot a man who was waving a meat leaver and attacked -- meat cleaver and attacked a police officer. he tried to remove a boot from a vehicle and he pulled out the cleaver as officers approached him. an offduty detective tackled him, but he lashed out with the cleaver, slicing the detective's face. officers opened fire hitting him at least twice. he is now in the hospital in critical condition. a miracle at the marina. a nanty county man -- manatee county man says if it wasn't for his dog, he wouldn't be alive this morning. the man says he was dead and brought back to life thanks to his four-legged best friend. >> reporter: the
