>> with the kind of heat we have around here, you do that for five minutes and you're drenched in sweat. now we've got a little bit of rain. you look outside from clearwater, our hyatt cam, things are quiet. but down to the south of clearwater a couple of showers are rolling in. this is that pattern we have been talking an onshore flow, meaning isolated showers. even a couple of thunderstorms still popping up. if you put everything into motion you see how all of this rain is rolling in from the gulf. and when we have that kind of a pattern it means morning showers. so waking up tomorrow morning you will see a few showers along the immediate coastline. heaviest rain now headed towards seminole in the next five or ten minutes. and then right around westchase from east lake road, back towards tampa road you can see shower. this may be one of the nights you are going to hear some rain falling on the roof. there will be plenty of it across our northern counties. that's where most of the action pops tomorrow, north of i-4 along the coast starting tomorrow morning with temperatures right now in the mid to upper 70s. tampa low 80s. we hit 91 today in tampa. clearwater partly cloudy and 80 degrees. st. pete clear and 83 degrees. so there is the satellite. and as that pattern coming inoff the gulf of mexico. when you get winds coming in off the gulf of mexico it is bound to increase our rain chances along the coast. that's exactly what's happening. it continues overnight and first thing tomorrow morning. now you see we're not talking about a ton of rain. i don't think it is going to be an issue for the commute but it might be one of those things, you go outside, you run into a quick shower. this is also the type of pattern we can see waterspouts this morning. would not be shocked if we hear about that tomorrow afternoon. but still most of the heaviest rains will be later in the afternoon, and on the east side of our viewing area. watch what happens by 8:00 tomorrow night. there's already more action out in the gulf, and i think we will start to see a few more showers develop overnight tomorrow into wednesday morning. but not as many. and i think that pattern continues wednesday and again on thursday. so the way you play this, tomorrow isolated showers in the morning, the better chance of heavier rain will be later in the interior counties. same thing on wednesday, same thing on thursday. in fact, truthfully, same thing right on through the rest of the week and into the weekend. we continue to talk tropics. we have a tropical storm here. we have a tropical depression here. td number 13. this will become tropical storm lisa. it poses no threat to the u.s. so we can write this one off. the second one, tropical storm karl. this is going to become a hurricane, maybe even category bermuda but there will be some effects on that island. no impact on the u.s. down the road there's a little bit of hinting of additional tropical development so keep it right here and check on our facebook page. we're always giving updates because this is really the peak time of the tropical season. when you have water temperature in the mid-80s, there's plenty of juice, plenty of energy for tropical systems to get going. west winds for the boaters. sunrise and partly cloudy overnight but by tomorrow morning the rains and a few storms begin to develop. here is a look at florida's most accurate seven-day forecast. rain chances 30% the next couple of days. thursday is the first day of fall with temperatures around 90 so no cool weather, no dry weather, but at least rain chances bumped down. this weekend, a big game across the street. usf and fsu partly cloudy. high temperatures up near 90 degrees. >> thank you, denis. coming up, tim tebow dons the it's with a mets jersey. and the latest news on running back doug martin. now here's jimmy kimmel with what's coming up. >> after the emmys we are back to work. >> 216 episodes, and i don't think i've ever watched a single one of them. >> oh, they were really good. thanks for stopping by. the buccaneers lost more than just a game against the cardinals. four players left with injuries and didn't return. doug martin headlines tampa bay's walking wounded. he left with injury. coaches don't like to see players with hamstring injuries. depending on the severity, it could take forever to heat. when you think about doug martin's injury history, the bucs can't afford to rush him back. also, luke stocker was seen running back will obviously suffer. >> when you take a top level player out you usually don't have exactly the same caliber player behind him even though we're very high on charles since. but yeah, it definitely hurts you, but that's the nfl. >> there's no way the buccaneers could be that bad as they played against arizona. the cardinals flat out better, though. bucs are young, but are growing up fast. sometimes you need to lose games like this to learn a lot about your football team but it is only one loss. you don't need to panic just yet. just ask gerald mccoy. >> last week i said, don't make a big deal after just one game. anything can happen. is it hard to see that this is one loss? no, because it's one loss. we want win. it is what it is. >> as if the florida gators quarterback lock del luke del rio sidelined, the gators will start austin apple bea. talk about getting thrown into the fire, his first gators road game will be at tennessee. and listen to this. one volunteer fan was so happy to hear appleby will play, he started a go fund apple bea's funeral. the site was taken down but appleby thought it was hilarious. >> it is fun. i would love to get my hands on the go fund me if it's ncaa praw.d if they're going to get me some cash, that would be awesome. i could pay for gas for my scooter. >> who likes gas for their scooter. in high school appleby wore favorite player tim tebow. he arrived in port st. lucie today. this was his first practice at new york mets instructional league. get. this vass this afternoon tim tebow had the third highest selling jersey in major league baseball. impressive for a guy who probably won't make it to the majors. tebow mania is back, except of course here on the diamond. he took batting practice, didn't hit any home runs, shagged a signed autographs. he told us he's not thinking about football. he's thinking about baseball. >> i want to prove the coaches right and my teammates and try to be the best baseball player i can. more importantly, the best person that i can. i'm doing to the pursue what's on my heart and live out a dream and live life to the fullest. >> and finally tonight, rays be out for the season due to hip surgery. he will be back next season. and we will be back right after check out ivan first thing tomorrow morning. he will have a live look at radar. we're going to give it a b with a high near 90. >> we have continuing coverage on our website, abcactionnews.com.
