Individuals held for 14 yearold shot and killed by another teenager who police say was playing with a gun. Family members say this was a horrific accident and that the 2 teenagers were friends. The shooter is facing charges. Reporter good morning, we spoke with people from both sides of the tragedy. We spoke with the attorney of the 14yearold accused shooter. He says he is devastated. We also spoke with Family Members of the 14yearold who shot and killed. As you can imagine, there roads loved ones gathered and crites cried for a vigil outside of his miami home or who shot and killed on saturday. He was loving. He was sweet. He was funny. He was always laughing. He was always thing and making jokes playing and making jokes. Im glad we are able to be here and celebrate his life. Is tough to watch a child leave here at an early age. On saturday 14yearold friend was showing a gun to the victim and another friend when it suddenly fired hitting and killing tomorrows. The 14yearold friend was arrested and remains unidentified because he is a minor. He cannot believes this happened. He tells us he is remorseful and devastated about what happened. He is in shock and upset about all of this, but when unfortunately, this was a tragic accident. We spoke with a neighbor who hurt her mother screaming. They took my daughter, i want my daughter back. That is what she was saying. She was crying and screaming. The suspect is a cousin of the babies mother. She fled to Orange County where she has an apartment. She was on her way back to south florida when they arrested her in fort pierce. She is facing several charges including aggravated child abuse, arm burglary and kidnapping. The 14yearold is also facing charges. The Hallandale Beach Police Department is asking for the public help locating a missing woman. Authorities are looking for she was last seen sunday morning at a winndixie located at 1515 Hallandale Beach boulevard. She was wearing a blue jacket and night lightcolored kneelength shorts it.
