that bulletin over night. this happening hours after the 3-year-old, rylan williams and 1-year-old mason williams was snatched. >> they want to find the parents, stacie and ryan williams as soon as possible. they are not supposed to have the kids. ryan hughes is live in hillsborough county this morning. cops all over the bay area are looking for this citrus county deputies asked the state to issue an amber alert that happened last night. there's law enforcement officials on roads and highways frantically trying to find these two little kids. now, this is a picture that shows the missing kids. deputies tell us they were with a care giver over the weekend when their mom, stacie williams, asked to see them. when she arrived at the home in citrus county she assaulted the guardian and took off with the kids. traveling with their dad, ryan williams, likely in a white ford expedition heading to ohio or west virginia. those who know stacie williams did not have good things to say about her when we talked ed last night. >> the time i met her, not too bright. like the elevator don't go all the way up to the top floor. that's my opinion of her. >> reporter: now, there's a ryan near macdill. this morning police continue to interview family members to piece together what led up to this tragedy. investigators trying to find out if it was accidental or intentional. we making calls and will bring you any new developments as soon as we get them. breaking this morning, a backpack full of what appears to be pipe bombs discovered in the suspicious package just the day after an explosion in manhattan injured 29 people and an unexploded pressure cooker device was found just four blocks away. news channel 8's meredith is in the center this morning with new video. meredith. >> reporter: that video shows the moment that a bomb robot accidentally detonated the train station. the fbi said the package contained multiple explosive devices. they are now processing the scene. the fbi will not say the device found in elizabeth is related to those found in seaside park, new jersey or in chelsea, manhattan. that's what you're seeing there, video from saturday night when that explosion injured 29 people. less than 3 hours later over night fbi agents stop add vehicle of interest on new jersey's parkway. at least five men were questioned. the fbi said no one has been charged with any crime. that investigation is on going. we're continuing to get more information into the news center this morning and i will have the very latest for you in the next half hour. grey. -- minutes later get this a 36-year-old surfer from miami bit on both hands. less than two hours later a 16-year-old boy bit also while surfing. the good news, all three victims are expected to survive. right. across america this morning, an ohio man accused of two murders, also holding a third victim hostage is expected to appear in court to be arraigned and enter a plea. he was arrested on tuesday after a woman he was holding hostage they say called 911. he faces two charges of murder and one count of kidnapping. federal investigators in north carolina today checking the tires after this, a deadly weekend bus crash. four people killed, 42 others injured. the charter bus headed to fayetteville when it crashed into an over pass. they believe sending the bus right into a bridge column.
