Serial killer Oscar Ray Bolin is dead. The u. S. Supreme court denied bolins appeal after a 4hour delay in his execution. As to my possibly forgiving oscar bolin for his deliberate and cruel murder of my daughter, it will never happen as oscar responsibility for his heinous acts.
