Police say last month palamino hired a 16year old girl to work at his restaurant. 2 days later he locked up the business and assaulted here. Her he quickly ran over to nearby called for help. Police are concerned because if he did this to her he could have done this to someone else. It was you know, a very brief time that she had actually worked there. An escaped Polk County Police found 45year old flanagin this morning in lakeland. Reporter good afternoon. He was here working at this maiy when he got in one of these trucks and took off. Court documents show he was arrested in september for theft, his third convti charge. He was granted trustee status for good behavior. This allowed him to work outside under supervision. Deputy is still in the hospital recovering from a broken pelvis, shattered hip, broken ribs, bruised lungs and a shoulder injury.
