New details today in a lawsuit against disney. An Alabama Family claims a snake wrapped itself around a boys leg, biting him. Doctors say the snake was not poisonous. His great grandmother saw it happen and had a heart attack and died a couple days later. The disney claims the snake was wild, not part of an exhibit. The family plans to file a lawsuit in the next few weeks. A cruise ship that was supposed to end in cozumel on a fourday cruise will stop in three days and wont stop anywhere. The passengers on board could not get off the ship because of fog, so folks that were supposed to leave yesterday got a day to spend in tampa. Theyre expecting an estimated 250,000 to 300,000 people here on bay shore boulevard for the parade, for the invasion. And of Course Police are looking for underage drinking and overall bad behavior on and off the parade route. After the bombing of the Boston Marathon and other terror attacks, police are looking for but theres another new concern drones. The parade route and invasion flotilla are off limits, so police point out flying a drone here is illegal and a potential threat. Any time you have a mass of people in one place and someone operating a drone over that amount of people, theres always possibility they will lose contact. Youre looking at a 20pound object hitting someone in the head or injuring them. Thats a concern as well. Reporter there are other Security Issues police will be keeping an eye on. We have been following this story, digging into it for a year now as magic man antonio tarvers Child Support debt ballooned to three quarters of a million dollars. The 47yearold lined up another prize fight that earned he paid about 12,000 of that toward Child Support but now claims hes broke as he can be. The magistrate found him in contempt this week and ordered him the hand over his silver mercedes. Thats when the misbehaving started. Well have more at 5 00 tonight. How can anybody owe 750,000 in Child Support . How does it get that big . Thats what we wanted to know. Hes supposed to pay 6,000 a month, a deal he worked out back in 2008. But his fight career tanked when he was caught doping and had to pay huge gambling debts to live a jetsetting lifestyle and knows how to work the Child Support system to his advantage.
