The other thing to keep in mind, items at the Grocery Store go on sale in phases. If you can figure out the items on sale, stock up until the next time. And meal plan. Dont throw a lot of things away. Absolutely. Theres so many little tricks you can do and save a lot of money at the Grocery Store just by changing your habits of shopping. And quickly, the last one is important, dont feel guilty if you cant help friends and family who want to borrow money.
