He figures he she would out more than a thousand dollars so far about the same as he paid for his private well. And thats not all. Youre being charged for tax on top of that fee for something you dont use. Is access to reclaimed water. Reporter it turns out mely is just one of 3586 clearwater utility customers who now pay 50,095,000 a year for access to reclaimed water they dont use. I dont think its fair at all.
