will turn out in unprecedented numbers because they can see through trump's shameful attempts to undermine an election weeks before it happens. the sheriff's department is looking for an older blue van. the suspect is white male bald from 30 to 35 years old. anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff's office. almost one year later and still no one arrested for this frightening night. average day 15 million gallons of waste water travels to this plant and during tropical storm hermine much more was flowing in. >> we are trying to treat 150 million during a storm and that means that much water got into our system from these storms. and it is just overwhelmed our capacity. >> those are the tour got to see the tanks can only hold so much water. >> we tried to treat it to the best quality and dispose of it to humans and to minimize the impact to the neighborhoods. >> treating water means flowing into the plant. going into a tank with microrganisms and going into another tank being tested. >> this is actually a sample for it where the operators pull some samples. >> and being bleached. >> this is a 12% bleach and at home you are using about a two- and-a-half to a three percent bleach. >> just like not fast, fixing the problem is not either. >> two to three years to treat it but we will have ongoing issues to plan for. >> in st. pete jana jones, new channel 8. we have a clearwater man recovering after being shot. this happened at highland avenue. the victim was rushed to the hospital and is going to be okay. investigators now searching for the person who shot him. motorcyclists that died. lewis reed was killed when his bike collided with a car in the southbound lanes of the 8500 block of u.s. 19. reed was pulling wheelies and driving recklessly and the driver of the car was not hurt but the daughter has injuries. when a cobra escaped there was a search and the owner no longer have snakes. mike kennedy found his king cobra in his neighbor's garage. this was the third time he lost a venomous snake and he lost his license to own exotic pets. his wife has a permit and those pets will likely to stay where they are. a deserving fight caught on coming crime. the suspect and another man died. a third man involved in the shooting is in stable condition. hurricane matthew continues to devastate parts of the southeast. tonight, two more deaths are being blamed on matthew in north carolina. their dies were found inside 43. there was a wildfire that is ripping through nevada. one inferno burned two thousand acres in waso county. a state of emergency was declared in that area and a smaller fire broke out in galina. the inferno is threatening five hundred structures. the u.s. and 150 other nations reached a global deal. the wanda is being into showers. made its way through plant city parallelling i-4 to head towards stefner for this evening. have the umbrellas in case you get caught in a downpour. some folks managing to enjoy an afternoon. that's the view from veteran's ford. wind strong earlier. and winds from crystal river at 79. to break out. two nights to check out the super moon. tomorrow it will be a hunter's moon here. the last full moon of the month. so get your cameras ready. at 9:00 p.m. a stray shower along the coast and tomorrow morning you will wake up to 72 and scattered cloudiness and 85 and rain chances coming up. temple terrace. the easterly flow here, this pattern will continue. we had dryer air and that is what limited the coverage but you can see the dryer air starting to go away. we are getting a little bit of moisture. added moisture and that will help to increase the coverage of showers and thunderstorms for tomorrow. so not quite as dry. and that will lead to a slightly better rain chance and that does not last long. by monday and tuesday. an and so again, high pressure will be the dominant feature and that easterly flow and showers are pushing towards the gulf of mexico. showers will develop and with that added moisture loft, we think we can get a few thunderstorms to fire up. don't be surprised to hear thunder. and the dryer air starts to settle back in. the rain chances start to came afternoon. hear is the good news. the dew point stays high and we get potentially a big drop in the dew points by next weekend. 86 monday and tuesday and rain chances increase with the frontal
