>> that is even more aggravating. but to talk about the angle of this story, we talk about two kids born after artificial insemination. what do you know about that? >> reporter: yeah. the sheriff tells me that kathleen the mom had paid a doctor in new york to artificially inseminate her. that is how her last two kids were born. the sheriff was beside himself on this. that who would inseminate a 62- year-old woman. didn't look into whether or not she would be a good mom. the kids were running amok throughout the house. and now this happened. we will be following up on the story and have much more at 7:00 and 11:00. >> just awful. peter bernard, thank you. well, his job was to protect and serve, but what a former tampa police officer is accused of doing during a traffic stop is a sickening betrayal of trust. pulled a woman over and violated her. newschannel8's rod carter joins us live from the tampa police headquarters tonight. rod, this arrest is not only a shock for the community, but for the force as well right?
