live. this ad has appeared on our air. >> reporter: yeah, it has appeared on every single bay area television station has as other political ads but this one got under congressman jolly's skin so he and his attorneys want it off the air. >> imagine donald trump being sworn in as president. >> put donald trump in a plane together. shaking hands. at the news conference together. >> reporter: if you are watching this commercial in passing, you might think the republican nominee and david jolly are old friends. >> it closer look. >> and we quickly noticed that they had photo shopped my head on other people's bodies. >> reporter: david jolly who is fighting to maintain his congressional seat is not a fan of the ad or donald trump. the ad isn't produced by charlie crist's campaign but the campaign committee. >> i have never met donald trump or had a conversation drama. they say like trump he would limit a woman's right to choose and jolly supports trump's extreme agenda on women's choices. but did the ad go too far? >> i always frown on any kind of visual presentation in a commercial that misleads the >> and the remarkable irony is those photos actually exist of donald trump and charlie crist. >> reporter: and, it is known that charlie has taken donations from trump in the past. david jolly also calling on charlie crist to denounce trump's caught on camera's comments about women. well, the campaign says he long ago denounced donald trump. >> about this ad, will it be taken off the air? station. during any political season, these things come up and these requests are being made. we have passed it onto the appropriate parties. >> candace mccowan, thanks so much. the author of a book about campus sexual assault is speaking out about donald trump's lewd remarks about women. dr. sam staley wrote the book unsafe on any campus in july of this year. he says undermine efforts to educate students and prevent sexual violence at colleges and universities. >> 18 to 20% of women will report by the time they have graduated they have been sexually assaulted. they have actually experienced the things that donald trump is bragging about in that tape. >> the book also encourages bystanders to intervene when they hear inappropriate conversationsful regardless of his views on trump's comments, either candidate. >> groups visited governor rick scott's office about the zika virus asking him to open up communications with their groups about zika and birth control issues. kimberly diaz of planned parenthood was concerned about a prior law that would have limited access to birth control for low income women. >> and, it basically took away access to birth control which is a form of contraception that would prevent the ability for did have zika. >> both groups are hoping that lawmakers will consult with them before making any cut to reproductive funding or limiting access to abortions. the presidential race promises to drive a lot of voters to the polls this november. but nine states including florida will vote on whether to legalize marijuana. in florida's case, it is for medical use. it could affect the economy nationwide. decide if people can walk into a store like this to buy pot for personal use or get it as medicine. more than half the country, 58%, think marijuana should be legal. colorado said yes to recreational use four years ago. now, arizona next door, is considering it too. >> what can arizona learn from colorado? >> it would not have been the outcome it is. >> absolutely not. >> reporter: that heroic effort not only saved charlie's life, but also prevented permanent brain damage. charlie's mom lisa remembers getting the fateful phone call. >> we didn't quite know what charlie's situation was when we arrived at the hospital. >> reporter: charlie doesn't but what happened that day has changed his life forever. he doesn't mind changing his story because he hopes it will help other. >> that is why cpr and awareness of it is so important. it can happen anywhere, anyone. >> reporter: oh, he is such a great kid. we had charlie here with us live earlier. and, he is out there telling people why cpr is so important. the number to call is on your screen. 1-800-528-0808. if you donate $150, right now, the next ten callers, you can have your choice. we have five pairs of lightning tickets to the new jersey devils game on october 15. we also have five pairs of bucs tickets for the bucks raiders game. that is on october 13. a $150 donation, right now, first ten callers and you can pick from one of those two games. we really appreciate your support today. we will be here until 7:30 tonight guys. >> get them while they are hot. 6:00. and our heart walk phone bank is receiving donations until 7:30. that is 1-800-528-0808. you can also go to wfla.com/heartwalk to donate or sign up for stacie's team. now, max defender 8, the world's most powerful radar, and your storm team 8 forecast with chief meteorologist steve jerve. >> we have been detecting this very light shower passing across the state in the ovl picked up on a few of these. the general movement is from northeast to southwest with a few of the light rain showers kind of drying up. some of these might not be reaching the ground, but they are out there, so a few drops here and there. not impossible. a few of these are stretched across sections of southern sarasota county. moving further away. it has not been a very rainy afternoon by any means but the showers are out there and have been out there today. 57% relative humidity. out in lakeland, lakeland auto mall, 78 degrees. overcast, the flag nod doing too much. at veteran's ford, 80-degree. a van up there i think. i love when they do that. a great view right along the veteran's expressway. temperature are nice. so, mostly dry conditions. rain chances near 10% for temperatures will be comfortable, near 70 degrees. that is pretty close to our average. i think average about 69. next front not expected to move through until the end of next week. especially out nine days or so. ten days maybe, we will see the movement of a front coming through bringing in drier air, cooler too. probe more of a temperature impact. dew point impact. the next five days, temperatures will be fairly cool overnight. we are looking for near the temperatures for tomorrow. 7:00 a.m., 70 degrees. a mild start to the day. in the afternoon, 86. we topped out at 87 for a high today. about in the same kind of range with the clouds. not a lot of sunshine. perhaps, earlier in the day. then, we will pick up more clouds as the day goes along. 84 at the airport in tampa. 82 at the airport in saint pete. a dew point has come back to 70 degrees so you are feeling that humidity. though at least the temperatures are down just a little bit more. on defender 8. there is not too much going on there. this just sort of draws a grid and pick out the shower activity. as i mentioned a lot of that not even reaching the ground, but the clouds are there. impressive looking hurricane, nicole almost a major hurricane, not going to affect the bay area or the state of florida. but look at that very well defined eye. unfortunately, it is headed directly toward bermuda. we hope it will wobble a bit further to the east. over that area. potentially close to a major hurricane as i mentioned now 110 miles an hour. that is at the high end of category 2 strength. so we will be watching what is happening there the next 24 hours. this evening more of the same. clouds moving across. maybe a sprinkle. thursday morning, maybe a few clouds around. in the afternoon, a small 10% chance of seeing a shower. much like we have seen the past couple of days. much like we will see the coming days after that. friday into saturday. high temperatures mid and upper average. 69, 70 degrees or so. on in the weekend, very consistent with our weather and yeah, we will pick up a bit more humidity. we will look forward to the front long term. maybe nine or ten days out, we could see a significant front. >> sounds delightful. >> yes, it will be. >> thank you. an interesting study. a new insurance study revealing the state where you are most likely to hit a deer. >> think you know which one?
