At the sati not a suspect, but a person of interest. This is 47yearold carlos cordero, with all of this going on, theyre also looking for the victims stolen suv. Whatever that guy do . That was really gruesome, man. Reporter neighbors in this tight knit community on 27th in tampa, what would make someone beat him so bad. Hes a very kind man, and really wouldnt harm anybody. To have him apparently being assaulted is just unconscionable. Reporter the beating took place wednesday afternoon in wantons backyard. He wouldnt be found until hours later. Pleading, unconscious in the hot florida sun for hours. I was look, who in the hell could do this . I lived here for 20 years man, and ive never seen Something Like this happen. Earlier tonight, the two finished about 5 hours of station. According to police, the u. S. Swimmers lied. Security cameras are everywhere in rio, so it should be no surprised what really happened was caught on video. Four u. S. Swimmers were not robbed at gunpoint. Instead, investigators say the swimmers vandalized this station bathroom. The athletes then paid around 50 for the damage. This video shows the four swimmers leaving a party at club france. The swimmers then say they got into a taxi. By 6 06, you can see them near the bathroom at a gas station. When an attendant walks up, they run out. Brazilian Officials Say the four tried to leave and the station called police. At 6 09, a man approaches a cab appearing to point a gun at the car. Three minutes later, the swimmers get out. His wallet. Another puts his hands up. At 6 56 a. M. , the four arrive back at the athletes village. Both the video, and Police Accounts are inconsistent with ryan lochtes original story that they were robbed at gunpoint. Tonight, Many Brazilians are demanding an apology from the swimmers. After the incident, rio stepped up their security. Police say the investigation is ongoing. Breaking news tonight at the university of south florida whos been exposing himself near dining areas on campus. So far, at least three separate cases were reported in the last six hours. Students are encouraged to report any suspicious activity. Tonight, in polk county, School Leaders and parents met to talk about a plan to save five failing schools fighting to stay open. The state required the district improve failing grades. That includes redistricting at least 1 million to help the failing schools. Parents we talked to dont know what took so long. Deputies tell us Alberto Garcia put skimmers on two gas stations in june. In the first case, garcia was owner found it. In the second, garcia installed the skimmer while he pretended to pump gas.
