clinton, and these a two to one favorite. the electoral college map is less solid for clinton than obama four years ago. obama was head in 320 electoral votes, and clinton has 270 which is one state away from potentially losing the electoral college. rather than be in her shoes than donald trump's, but it's not a terribly safe position. >> he' more on that. tomorrow, count on abc's political power house team with the election results and coverage starts at 7:00 eastern time and ends thursday at 9:00 a.m. it just keeps ongoing. >> we'll see you friday. the city of philadelphia wants a temporary halt to the transit strike happening there for tomorrow so residents can vote. there's a hearing this morning on the city's request for a if philadelphia voters can't get to the polls, that could hurt hillary clinton's chances of carrying that state. the transit agency is asking for a permanent back-to-work order. a deputy sheriff has been killed following a dispute between neighbors in georgia. deputy patrick died and deputy darrell smallwood in critical condition following the shooting. the sheriff says the men were shot ambushed style by an armed residents and did not a chance to return fire. the suspect is in custody. a high profile hate crime case in south carolina. dylan roof charged with murdering nine people at an african-american church in downtown charleston facing 33 federal hate crime charges and could get the death punishment if convicted. picking a jury is expected to take weeks. facing arraignment in los angeles for allegedly murdering he was on "the jinx" casting suspicion on him for several crimes. he was held in new orleans on federal weapon charges until now. a south carolina real estate agent held without bond after confessing to four murders from 2003. he appeared before a judge this weekend, but said very little. >> sir, would you just understand, anything you wish to say at this time?
