year. police are also investigating the deaths of two men in canton this morning. the officer was responding to a shooting in the 200 block of midway avenue. when police arrived, they found two men in their 20s dead inside a home. a woman was inside the house at the time of the shooting. she was not hurt. at this time, police have no suspects or motives. there's been a big development between the cleveland teacher union. and threat of a teacher has been averted. and this is a development -- news channel 5 sarah finney followed the story. she filed this resport. -- report. 21 hours of stray bargaining will keep students and teachers all across cleveland in classrooms friday. a tentative agreement was reached between a -- between a cleveland teacher's union and metropolitan at 5:00 a.m. ctu issued a notice that it intended to strike thursday evening. this prevents that from officials, educators will be sent copies of the tentative agreement and vote. if nebraskas of the ctu and the school board approve the contract, it will go into effect immediately. the two sides have been at odds over parts of the district's improvement plan, especially the teacher pay plan based on performance. ceo eric gordon saying he is pleased to take a contract to the force that both sides see as fair. the details of the tentative agreement have not yet been released publicl the latest updates. in cleveland, sarah finney, news channel 5. four people have been arrested after an attempted smash and grab on the cleveland west side. police said the would-be thieves tried to ram two jeeps into the steel safety door at this corner store at west 5th in clark avenue. they had no success in that attempt. they just left a dent in the door. unable to break through into this door, they took off. however, the jeeps were later neighborhood. at that point, they ran from police. however, cleveland police were able to catch the group that made the arrest of four people. a tropical storm warning has been issued for portions of the outer banks of north carolina. right now, meteorologists are monitoring tropical depression 8 to see if it strengthens to become a main status storm. for that to happen, it will be tropical storm hermine. the depression forms sunday and is expected to move toward the east coast by midweek. >> all-important weather situation. in this part of the three existing drugs scientists say can reverse the effects of the virus. we're going one-on-one with e battled swimmer ryan lochte. how he's speaking out about his ordeal in brazil and now his >> dramatic. even reversing some damage previously thought impossible. the drugs are currently used to treat cancer, hepatitis c, and parasitic infections. still it remains unclear if the drug combination can penetrate a woman's body to treat the brain of her unborn baby impacted by zika. the cdc says more than 2500 cases of zika have been reported in the united states. and we're trying to temperatures are lower 80s for greater cleveland. so are about five to seven degrees below normal for temperatures. you've can see that bubble of high pressure is going to start to retreat just a tad bit here due to our next cold front. that will provide us with some tomorrow. five live radar right now is just picking up a little bit of ground clutter, but you're seeing a lot of sunshine across the board. taking a look at the wider view, you can see that bubble of warm air to the south, but the change of the game here with the yellow that is going to move in behind that front. that will allow temperatures to return to the lower 70s. there is that front well to our west. it will start tonight. overnight, you'll start to notice the clouds thickening up, and it really weakens as it steps into tomorrow afternoon. so let's give you an exact timing here. right now, we are sitting under bright sunny skies, but by 9:00, western communities -- this. you'll start to notice the cloud formations really picking up here. overnight well towards toledo making its way to western locations through the route 30 this is around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. by 5:00 a.m., you'll start to notice a little bit of rain moving in. by 8:00 a.m., it should be out towards eastern communities. so let's enjoy all this sunshine today. 85 degrees. temperatures and humidity definitely down here will be in the mid
