been arrested in the death of nick massa, 18. was taken into custody last night. earlier this week another 17- year-old was charged with massa's murder. there is a chance these teenagers could be tried as adults. a third suspect, police say, is still on the run. the former divorce attorney of murdered nice aliza sherman will get one more week before he appears in court on several charges directly linked to sherman's murder investigation. gregory moore's arraignment was scheduled to be this morning on several charges relating to sherman's death investigation evidence and sending
