in the power 5 weather center. the roads are okay. let's start out with the area where the cars got stalled, east 105 and quincy. that is blocked. you cannot get through that intersection because of high water. elsewhere and other areas you need to avoid, cedar road with that closure. this is because of a water main break that happened days ago. there trying to get the road back to normal so cars can go through it. it was supposed to be repaired yesterday but it is still closed in the area. headed outside, so far so good. a couple shots coming in from the west side on 90. traffic is picking up but we're not seeing any problems at. were gonna get you happened this morning. a man was shot in the leg and was taken to the hospital in serious condition. no word on suspects . we will keep you updated. we're following up on breaking news we brought to you last night at 11. 3 people were shot and canton and neighbor say they are tired of the violence. -- neighbors say they are tired of the violence. >> reporter: neighbors investigators are still investigating this incident. they are also trying to figure out if all of the victims involved are juveniles. neighbors are wondering if this violence is starting to pick up once again. this shooting took place last night. when police arrived on scene they found 3 people shot and one person knocked unconscious. witnesses report hearing multiple shots. bullet markings could be seen investigating whether the shootings are connected. one neighbor we spoke with drove up on the scene and says while things have been getting better this latest incident has him worried once again. >> i will sweep -- sleep with one eye open because you never know what to expect at this point time. i spoke to a police officer for an update and they tell me none of these big is involved appear to have life-threatening injuries also, we have new developments on that shooting that backed up traffic for miles . state trooper say someone shot a woman
