And our main roads are good and there are a couple of accidents affecting 71 northbound and another at the to see the freezing and slick spots and for you east siders, were dealing with the heavier snow here and that can affect your commute and this is i look at drive times and not looking bad at all and this is i90 at 80 eddie road and traffic is moving along just fine. Right now into ashtabula if you live in areas like eaglesville and denmark in ashtabula county, youre seeing the lake affect snow pick up in the next hour and how much snow are we expecting and seeing up to 14 inches of snow and over to you guys. Speed limits major battle brewing in cleveland. The u. S. Army of engineers wants to dump sediment into the river. And in say this is a Serious Health risk. The Cuyahoga River will have to be dredged again to open up a critical shipping lane. Now, they want to take out all of the sediment and dump it into lake erie and this is clean in of to do that and the port of cleveland and a wide variety of city, county, state, and federal leaders say the sediment is still filled with too many pcbs and other contaminants. And keep doing it the way we are until were certain were footed not adding toxins to the lake. The Ohio Attorney general filed a lawsuit in this case and looking to stop the dumping. A northeast and northeast ohio leaders will likely try to obtain a court order from a federal judge as l. And information now, two men at avon lake are facing charges of shooting deer with arrow. They found several dead deer over the past few months, including one in the intersection of redwood and woodstock. Witnesses reported the suspects vehicle. The police were able to charge them with hunting violations, animal cruelty and shooting a bow within city limits. And we this Maple Heights man facing charges this morning. He will be in court february 25th. And now to new developments in the battle over red light cameras in cleveland. Supreme court is sent back to a local judge. The court wants the judge to further deliberate whether or not ticket drivers, tickets that drivers have to use, the citys administrative appeal process before suing for damages. The lawsuit is a classaction lawsuit involving the citys cameras to find light runners and speed violators. We just learned the producers of clevelands great annual american rib cookoff are canceling the event after 24 years. A spokesman for the company live nation said they decided to nix the memorial day weekend festival to, quote, take a breather.
