provide dna samples to begin the long process of trying to identify his remains. they were told there would be no guarantees, but they got the call this year, and today his his niece says it's more than a long time coming for a family waiting to say good-bye to a son, brother, and hero. >> it was partly a relief that he has been identified and we get to know the information, and the other part was closure of knowing. >> reporter: and now tomorrow morning, rudy's funeral will begin with a special procession in north ridgeville around 10:30, and then it will head by escort, police, military,
