been three years now i understand. it is a long process, but we have worked with ed jamison, people, and the volunteer coordinator because we want to make sure it the right building. we don't want to put something together too fast. >> the city won't break down on the new city kennel until the number of 2017. this may catch you off guard. a warm start to fall throwing off many of us, also creating concerns. the delay in the cooldown is causing problems for places like the salvation army. right now the number of children signed up for christmas assistance fewer families signing up for help
