good morning, and let's get to it. the temperatures are the weather headline this week. 58 degrees in cleveland and 55 in elyria and waking up to 52 in akron and i have to give that. 49 in medina and that is a warm start. and we which closer to breaking record. and we have a game changer in play and radio. now, we seem to be quiet and clouds are creeping in and we look at the bigger picture and we haveium head -- rain heading our way and for now, what you need to know about the wednesday is that we're seeing temperatures near 70 degrees and more clouds than sun. >> and we're looking just fine on our roads this morning. no major incidents or accidents and that is nice and comfortable. and taking i live look here and into canton, the city is doing some replacement work there and tonight, until 6:00 a.m. and keep that in mind. the best part heading to a live look this morning at 90 and that is quiet. not a lot of cars out there and over to you. and to the latest on the devastating fire that destroyed apartments in brunswick. >> and this morning, the community is coming together to help the families that lost everything. sarah phinney is on the scene as it happened and this morning, she's where supplies are being gathered. good morning. >> reporter: and good morning, an incredible outpouring of support and i know it's dark right now, but this is where hundreds have been dropping off locations since the fire happened on monday night. and behind the walls are piles of blankets and clothing, tables filled with food and a countless number of volunteers going through the items last night. everything is going to feed at least 50 people who lost their home in that fire, a few minutes away from here. that blaze consulted a four- year-old girl -- killed a four- weighing heavily on volunteers. >> and we made an appeal to the residents and -- [ indiscernible ] any of the information. we have -- [ indiscernible ] >> reporter: and saint ambrose is asking for donations of cash or checks or gift cards have are the victims of the fire and there is a candle light vigil plans for the young girl's family who lost the life and that is scheduled for 8:45 at the apartments. sarah phinney, newschannel 5. and. breaking overnight from the live desk. within person sent to the hospital and another taken away in a crash. this is near the intersection of derby shire ride. and the driver of the car is out and walking when police got there, but the other driver was stuck because of -- because of damage to the door. firefighters got them out and what charges the driver of the car is facing. >> and new ice chapel 5 uncovering new information about the guidance councilor accused of having sex with the student and now, she's out of a job and an announce mouse tipster alerted the school. >> it was wrong and that is on. difference. and it's wrong and shouldn't have occurred. >> smith has been with the district for 10 years. the entire time, she had a clean record and is facing four counts of sexual battery now and it's possible she could lose her license as well. and we have new information on a teacher being investigated. the board of education accepted teacher's resignation and we don't know much about what happened but that he's accused of inappropriate behavior. and you don't have school today in because of a big fight and dozens of officers were called in and in the end, six feel were taken away in handcuffs and they're giving students a chance to calm down. we don't know what caused the fight at this point. and details about a north royalton man accused of killing a woman in his home last month. and now chasing charge -- facing charges of murder, wreckless homicide, assault and tampering with evidence. he shot crystal shaver at his home and is set to be arraigned tomorrow. and in cleveland, the car stolen by the police chief's son is found and someone took the car from this gas station on lake landham boulevard over the weekend. the police say that williams' jr. left it running. someone ran in and took off. and -- [ indiscernible ] his brief career with the browns has him -- by scandal and controversy and is this the sent taxiing as many people expect?
