celebrating huge victories in the new hampshire primary. michelle: on the democratic side, bernie sanders one with 60%. hillary clinton got 39%. donald trump with a convincing win at 35%, followed by ohio governor john kasich, said -- senator ted cruz barely head of jeb bush and then senator marco rubio. adrian whitsett has a look at the highlights. >> we are wrapping up our commitment coverage of maine to break? alex: i talked to a city councilman who is out here minutes ago and he said that it is old infrastructure that is at play here. you can see that, as you said, flooding this part of kennedy. he says the city is committed to getting this fixed as quickly as possible. that councilman says it is not yet known if this break is connected to the one in july. he says part of the system was replaced then, but this could be the case of one pipe going and another one following. neighbors were forced to boil their water for three weeks when the first break happened. the councilman could not give an estimate on when the current break will be resolved. he said at this time, no residents have had their water shut off. he says workers will arrive around 6:00 or six 30 -- 6:30 this morning. he was down here at 4:30 this morning to assess the situation. it really expresses the importance to the city. traffic is still flowing on the other side of kennedy boulevard. that part is company of mercedes-benz says no one has been hurt in any of their vehicles because of the airbag. takata airbags can inflate with too much force and shoot metal fragments. this led to the largest reforms posted by the justice department. they are asking for some changes. the city reached a settlement that would require more thorough training of police officers. however, the city says some of the changes like wiring all officers to wear body cameras would bankrupt the city and they want to limit the cost. the justice department says this is now creating an unnecessary delay. if they are not approved, civil rights lawsuits are possible. jason: a new bill restricting abortion rights is heading to a vote. this would not allow medicare payments for any clinics that provide abortions. a local group will spend the next 40 days protesting abortion. the 40 days for life campaign will hold a friend -- prayer vigil every day of lent. they plan to gather outside the planned parenthood year. director of national intelligence james clapper made a prediction to a senate committee tuesday. he said isis attackers are sneaking out of syria and iraq as refugees and travelers. clapper says
