$100,000 for a charity for breast cancer screening. she is accused of forging a signature, transferring the money to her own over the course of 16 months. she is charged with grand theft and forgery is -- and is out on bond. it will not say if she was a summer: a pennsylvania grand jury has indicted to orlando priest to conspiracy with endangered children years ago. they allowed a priest with a condition at the hospital. police feel the majority of the injuries came from the crash itself. as he recovers, he will be charged with carjacking and grand theft. summer: orlando police say the victim targeted in a home invasion has been in rested -- are arrested. police say two men burst through the door, stole a car and took off. we are told they also shot and killed a dog in that home and are still on the run. the man who lives in the home, was actually arrested after investigators found cocaine, pot and a stolen gun. meredith: take a after the foot a primary, it appears governor governor scott called for the republican party to unite around donald trump. he said that continuing the primary race when there is only one true candidate poised to win would only hurt the republican well, one father has decided to do something about it. wesh 2' s michelle meredith has the story. michelle: watching cars illegally pass stopped school buses made one father very angry. >> it' s impatient people and they don' t realize what could possibly be at stake by disobeying the laws. michelle: so chad cartledge decided he wasn' t going to take it anymore. with cell phone in hand, chad camped out at the corner of aloma and forsyth and watched car after car, illegally pass stopped school buses. observe the white car. >> he decides, i' m not going to wait anymore, so what does he do? he gets into the turn lane. he just guns it and continues straight across the intersection. if those lights are blinking, you stop and don' t honk at me because i am obeying the law. these children' s lives are risk being late for work at the expense of the possible life of a child. michelle: chad noticed the vast majority of motorists were zooming by the stopped school bus to make a left hand turn. which by the way, is also illegal. why do you think people think the left turn lane is fair game? >> it is not. michelle: to be clear here' s how the law works, if you are traveling in the same direction as the bus, it is illegal to pass the bus to make a left hand turn. if there is a median separating the traffic, vehicles moving in the opposite direction don' t have to stop. you must stop if there is no median. chad' s videos were featured on the facebook page for the orange county sheriff' s office got thousands of views. this morning deputies were at the same intersection handing out tickets. $269 and several points off of your insurance. meredith: not only is there a hefty fine, it will also cost you three to four points as well. summer: police in daytona beach are asking for help identifying a couple who they say keyed an off duty law enforcement officer' s personal vehicle -- vehicle. police say the couple in this surveillance image left the south turn restaurant and bar on nova road on march 1 and went to an off duty volusia county sheriff' s deputy' s personal vehicle. they say the female was seen keying all sides of the 2001 mercedes-benz, cutting deep into the paint. anyone who recognizes the couple, is asked to call the sheriff' s office. meredith: a man who at one point faced a manslaughter accusation, is now free and clear according to the state attorney. 22-year-old tonney mccants was arrested in january by sanford police after marquis grooms was shot and killed at the kensington oaks apartments. the state attorney will not file criminal charges in the case, saying grooms had assaulted the woman living at the apartment, and that mccants had legal justification to shoot. alert forecast, it has been warm but we have some changes. morning looking for in washing out smoldering spots on the pumpkin center property. the iconic mansion is ash after it burned down last night. >> i was in the home and the 1980' s, and i always thought of it as a millionaire' s treehouse, very, a lots of old wood. reporter: something out of the jungle book is how johnny it was built in 1975 by his former boss, founder of "usa today." >> i contacted an editor friend of mine and he says it appears it is al' s former home. if they got he is not here to see the distraction. reporter: it shock to many in cocoa beach, as the sun set, dozens of people gathered, some snapping photos and others just to stare. one neighbor captured smoke still rising from the ashes. >> i came out and i got in the air and i was able to see, it is gone, the as a police officer because he was a trooper. we reported this story earlier in the week of a woman who had concerns about the legitimacy of the man who pulled her over for speeding sunday in lake county. she was given a warning, but she questioned whether the man was legit. police first said the stop was never called in so they questioned it as well, but now it appears an fhp trooper made the stop but never called it in. in just over two hours, sanford police will join members of the community asking them for help reducing violence. this is all in response to several recent killings which have still not been solved, including the christmas week murder at a local grocery store. the meeting starts at 7:00 at the second shiloh missionary baptist church on west airport boulevard. summer: senate republicans are reacting to president obama' s pick for supreme court nominee. he chose merrick garland to fill the late antonin scalia' seat. but as nbc' s brian mooar reports, there' s a long swimming in the pool when they starting -- started vomiting. one child was rushed to the hospital. summer: apple is lashing out at the federal government over forced hacking. attorneys argued that bypassing existing security measures could pose a long-term threat, so the tech giant refuses to help the government unlock the san bernardino shooter' s iphone. the government says apple is trying to jazmin: more than one billion users say mobile messaging service whatsapp is both convenient. >> i used it to talk to my abroad. >> you text your dude on whatsapp, and that way, your t know about it, jazmin: and private. everything you type on whatsapp is encrypted, and is not made readable again until the person on the receiving end opens the message. if there' s a police order, the app can' t a revamp for orlando international airport. a bizarre joyride for a teenager, the trail of damage summer: a minnesota teenager is in big trouble after security cameras caught him stealing a front loader. police say he took it on a 20 mile joy ride tuesday morning. the teen ended up crashing it through a security gate and using it to smash into a business. police say he went in and burglarized the place. no one was hurt and the loader itself wasn' t damaged. the teen, who is currently living in a group home, is expected to face charges. late breaking, officials have just approved building a new $2 billion aiport terminal at orlando international. meredith: this marks the largest capital improvement plan the airport has ever had. wesh 2' s matt grant joins us live with what this means for travelers. matt? matt: airport officials say the addition of a new south terminal will help them better handle an increasing number of airline passengers. you can see this right here. the greater orlando aviation the $1.8 billion plan, which had been kicked around since the 1999. south terminal complex and new runway will sit on 300 acres of land, servicing international and domestic flights with 16-24 gates and a six story parking garage. the project will be paid for with money from airlines, parking, concession stands, along with grants, bonds, and a $4.50 passenger fee you already pay on every ticket you buy. officials say all airports have this fee, which goes to the airport, and is capped by law, so that won' t go up. >> at this point, we are already collecting and have been collecting, $4.50 on each ticket and that will remain the same. what happens is the collection time gets extended well into the middle of this century. say, they can' airlines raise its prices or good evening, i' m jim payne. angela: i' m angela taylor. he' s one of two orlando-area church administrators who have been removed. wesh 2' s bob kealing joins us live from winter park, where the second clergyman is facing the same trouble. bob, what is this all about? bob: well, it is important to point out that neither one of these clergymen is accused of any hands-on type of sex crimes, but rather shielding allegations against another predator priest and then assigning them to another parish. the indictments against the san giles schinelli, and pastor ro bert d' aversa pre-date their time in greater orlando and accuse them of crimes of ommission, conspiracy to endanger children. while both men worked as church administrators in pennsylvania, that state' s attorney general says they reassigned to another parish a priest with a history of sex abuse complaints to a position with continuing access to children. by the time he killed himself in 2013, officials suspect reverand stephen baker of abusing 90 or more children. kathleen kane: they were more concerned with protecting the image of the order rather than the flock that they served. bob: at st. patrick' s catholic d' man is believed to be involved in, and all new video showing that man and his alleged accomplice. meredith: a woman working with a marion county church is arrested, accused of stealing more than $100,000 for a charity for breast cancer screening. she is accused of forging a signature, transferring the money to her own over the course of 16 months. she is charged with grand theft and forgery is -- and is out on bond. it will not say if she was a summer: a pennsylvania grand jury has indicted to orlando priest to conspiracy with endangered children years ago. they allowed a priest with a did not realize she was involved. >> she looks fine and she was walking perfect. claire: in just the last 30 minutes, eight hours after she disappeared, the dog was found on the porch of someone' s home and not far from the crash site. the victims did not want to go on camera but they are more than her owners think the dog may have a leg or pa w injury, while the suspect remains in critical condition at the hospital. police feel the majority of the injuries came from the crash itself. as he recovers, he will be charged with carjacking and grand theft. summer: orlando police say the victim targeted in a home invasion has been in rested -- are arrested. police say two men burst through the door, stole a car and took off. we are told they also shot and killed a dog in that home and are still on the run. the man who lives in the home, was actually arrested after investigators found cocaine, pot and a stolen gun. meredith: take a after the foot a primary, it appears governor governor scott called for the republican party to unite around donald trump. he said that continuing the primary race when there is only one true candidate poised to win would only hurt the republican party. in a statement released through his facebook page, he said the voters are speaking clearly, they want to businessman, outsider who will dramatically shake up the this status quo in washington. well, one father has decided to do something about it. wesh 2' s michelle meredith has the story. michelle: watching cars illegally pass stopped school buses made one father very angry. >> it' s impatient people and they don' t realize what could possibly be at stake by disobeying the laws. michelle: so chad cartledge decided he wasn' t going to take it anymore. with cell phone in hand, chad camped out at the corner of aloma and forsyth and watched car after car, illegally pass stopped school buses. observe the white car. >> he decides, i' m not going to wait anymore, so what does he do? he gets into the turn lane. he just guns it and continues straight across the intersection. if those lights are blinking, you stop and don' t honk at me because i am obeying the law. these children' s lives are risk being late for work at the expense of the possible life of a child. michelle: chad noticed the vast majority of motorists were zooming by the stopped school bus to make a left hand turn. which by the way, is also illegal. why do you think people think the left turn lane is fair game? >> it is not. michelle: to be clear here' s how the law works, if you are traveling in the same direction as the bus, it is illegal to pass the bus to make a left hand turn. if there is a median separating the traffic, vehicles moving in the opposite direction don' t have to stop. you must stop if there is no median. chad' s videos were featured on the facebook page for the orange county sheriff' s office got thousands of views. this morning deputies were at the same intersection handing out tickets. $269 and several points off of your insurance. meredith: not only is there a hefty fine, it will also cost you three to four points as well. summer: police in daytona beach are asking for help identifying a couple who they say keyed an off duty law enforcement officer' s personal vehicle -- vehicle. police say the couple in this surveillance image left the south turn restaurant and bar on nova road on march 1 and went to an off duty volusia county sheriff' s deputy' s personal vehicle. they say the female was seen keying all sides of the 2001 mercedes-benz, cutting deep into the paint. anyone who recognizes the couple, is asked to call the sheriff' s office. meredith: a man who at one point faced a manslaughter accusation, is now free and clear according to the state attorney. 22-year-old tonney mccants was arrested in january by sanford police after marquis grooms was shot and killed at the kensington oaks apartments. the state attorney will not file criminal charges in the case, saying grooms had assaulted the woman living at the apartment, and that mccants had legal justification to shoot. alert forecast, it has been warm but we have some changes. video from chopper 2 this afternoon over what was a 10,000 square foot home. wesh 2' s alex villarreal spoke with some who were shocked to see it go up in flames. reporter: fire crews spent the morning looking for in washing out smoldering spots on the pumpkin center property. the iconic mansion is ash after it burned down last night. >> i was in the home and the 1980' s, and i always thought of it as a millionaire' s treehouse, very, a lots of old wood. reporter: something out of the jungle book is how johnny it was built in 1975 by his former boss, founder of "usa today." >> i contacted an editor friend of mine and he says it appears it is al' s former home. if they got he is not here to see the distraction. reporter: it shock to many in cocoa beach, as the sun set, dozens of people gathered, some snapping photos and others just to stare. one neighbor captured smoke still rising from the ashes. >> i came out and i got in the air and i was able to see, it is gone, the house is gone, still smoldering just rebel. -- rubble. reporter: how did this fire happen? >> it means a lot to me personally, all of us in cocoa beach, to get some adequate summer: we are continuing to monitor any developments in the investigation of that fire and we' ll bring it to you as we get it at 5:00. meredith: clermont police say they' re no longer looking for the person accused of posing as a police officer because he was a trooper. we reported this story earlier in the week of a woman who had concerns about the legitimacy of the man who pulled her over for speeding sunday in lake county. she was given a warning, but she questioned whether the man was legit. police first said the stop was never called in so they questioned it as well, but now it appears an fhp trooper made the stop but never called it in. in just over two hours, sanford police will join members of the community asking them for help reducing violence. this is all in response to several recent killings which have still not been solved, including the christmas week murder at a local grocery store. the meeting starts at 7:00 at the second shiloh missionary baptist church on west airport boulevard. summer: senate republicans are reacting to president obama' s pick for supreme court nominee. he chose merrick garland to fill the late antonin scalia' seat. but as nbc' s brian mooar reports, there' s a long way to go before a confirmation can be expected. reporter: president obama nominated d.c. chief of appeals judge, merrick garland to fill the vacant seat on the u.s. supreme court. >> to find someone who just about everyone, not only respects but genuinely likes, that is rare. reporter: a harvard educated male and white, he does not check diversity boxes but is seen as middle-of-the-road. >> he is an incredibly well-known figure in washington legal circles, admired from the left and the right. reporter: that pressures gop leaders to even hold a hearing. >> it seems clear president obama made swimming in the pool when they starting -- started vomiting. one child was rushed to the hospital. summer: apple is lashing out at the federal government over forced hacking. attorneys argued that bypassing existing security measures could pose a long-term threat, so the tech giant refuses to help the government unlock the san bernardino shooter' s iphone. the government says apple is trying to make the case bigger than a single iphone. the next court hearing is set for march 22. and apple' s legal battle over access to the iphone used by one of the san bernardino attackers, isn' t the only dispute between the government and a big tech company right now. the feds say " whatsapp," a very popular instant messaging service is keeping them in the dark. wesh 2' s jazmin walker explains jazmin: more than one billion users say mobile messaging service whatsapp is both convenient. >> i used it to talk to my abroad. >> you text your dude on whatsapp, and that way, your t know about it, jazmin: and private. everything you type on whatsapp is encrypted, and is not made readable again until the person on the receiving end opens the message. if there' s a police order, the app can' t decode, something that has even the president talking. >> that i think doesn' t strike the kind of balance we' ve had ve lived with for 200, 300 years. jazmin: facebook owns whatsapp, and says it works hard to keep terrorist material off social media. but when it comes to making communications so secure police can' t read them, ceo mark zuckerberg says that' s how technology is evolving. >> i now trying to figure out how to proceed in a criminal case where investigators haven' t been able to get past a whatsapp encryption. officials have said the case does not involve terrorists. meredith: a revamp for orlando international airport. a bizarre joyride for a teenager, the trail of damage summer: a minnesota teenager is in big trouble after security cameras caught him stealing a front loader. police say he took it on a 20 mile joy ride tuesday morning. the teen ended up crashing it through a security gate and using it to smash into a business. police say he went in and burglarized the place. no one was hurt and the loader itself wasn' t damaged. the teen, who is currently living in a group home, is expected to face charges. late breaking, officials have just approved building a new $2 billion aiport terminal at orlando international. meredith: this marks the largest capital improvement plan the airport has ever had. wesh 2' s matt grant joins us live with what this means for travelers. matt? matt: airport officials say the addition of a new south terminal will help them better handle an increasing number of airline passengers. you can see this right here. the greater orlando aviation the $1.8 billion plan, which had been kicked around since the 1999. south terminal complex and new runway will sit on 300 acres of land, servicing international and domestic flights with 16-24 gates and a six story parking garage. the project will be paid for with money from airlines, parking, concession stands, along with grants, bonds, and a $4.50 passenger fee you already pay on every ticket you buy. officials say all airports have this fee, which goes to the airport, and is capped by law, so that won' t go up. >> at this point, we are already collecting and have been collecting, $4.50 on each ticket and that will remain the same. what happens is the collection time gets extended well into the middle of this century. say, they can' airlines raise its prices or
