"it is a homicide charge and the potential exposure is significant and for that reason i am giong to grant the state's request for 100,000 cash bail at this time." 3 james was also ordered to have no contact with a preliminary hearing has been set for next friday.live in downtown milwaukee, mh cbs 58 news. a 40-year old man is now charged for the murder of a woman at an oconomowoc apartmen. apartment. jessie lee appeared in a waukesha county courtroom today. he faces several charges related to the fatal shooting of christina schuster. her body was found on labor day.according to the criminal complaint, lee first denied involvement in the shooting to police, but then told them without being asked, quote "she forgives me".lee's next hearing is scheduled for september 21st. honored with a new peace garden at 6 tonight. she's the little girl who was hit by gunfire while sitting in a house on her grandfather's lap. police have said the suspects fired shots into the wrong house, hitting petersen. the peace garden will be at laylah's school....the northwest catholic school near 41st and good hope road. we have new information tonight about 'army lieutenant katie ann blanchard'...a woman who once lived in fond du lac. lac.she was working at fort leavenworth in burned, allegedly by a co-worke. worker. her sister gave us some more information today cbs 58's bill walsh is here with the story..bill.. lieutenant blachard's story has touched a lot of people around the country --- they've sent more than 43-thousand dollars to a gofundme page....one of the things we learned today is that she has months of treatment ahead. in case you missed the original story, lieutenant blanchard, who left fond du lac in 2004, was working at a leavenworth when she was doused with gasoline, set on fire and stabbed with scissors. a co worker - 54-year old clifford currie - is charged for the attack...she was apparently currie's supervisor and according to witnesses, the lieutenant had expressed discomfort in working with currie in the past. today, her sister jessica blanchard told cbs 58 that the lieutenant is "still in intensive care and will eventually be transferred for inpatient care which is ti year." jessica blanchard adds "i hope that this changes people and they take it serious when people report threats or other forms of workplace domestic violence." 3 katie ann blanchard is 26- years old. she has a husband and three kids. her sister tells us the family is not in wisconsin anymore and is not ready to speak right now.as for the go fund me page, it has now been shut down 3 two miami men were in waukesha with five counts of attempted identity theft.josue garcia moret and richard rivera garcia are accused of putting skimming devices on two gas pumps.back on september ninth, jilly elmbrook mobile found a skimmer on pump eight -- so they set an alarm.a few days later it went off.. and the worker saw two men standing around it.she called police but they left.brookfield police caught up with the two at open pantry.. another place with a suspected skimming device.. and arrested them. 3 some late rolling through parts of southeastern wisconsin. chief meteorlogist drew burgoyne is here with ready weather...drew?
