according to police - trevion's mother lives in arkansas, and sent her two with hughes, who had already done time for a child homicide back in 2003. hughes moved in with a woman named mary martinez - the two knew each other from prison. the police report suggests martinez is responsible for most of the abuse - but hughes didn't do anything to stop it. the two now face a combined totals of six felony counts of child neglect, physical abuse of a child, and failure to act to prevent bodily harm to a child. trevions being treated in the hospital for abuse. two other men were taken into custody in relation to this case but have yet to be charged. records show mary martinez is also currently facing charges in milwuakee county for breaking into a locked car. both mary martinez and etter hughes will be back in court on december 12th for seperate preliminary hearings. also tonight...police are looking for suspects in two shootings in milwaukee. milwaukee.around 8-40 last corner of 28th and west fond du lac avenue.he was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.the second shooting happened less than two hours later near 17th and lapham. detectives say a 26 year old man was shot by his drug dealer...but his injuries are not severe. 3 and west allis police are look for a bank robber tonight.it happened at the bmo harris bank branch at 71st and greenfield around 11-30 this morning.police tell us this is their suspect.he's dib five-foot-ten with a thin build.he's in his late 20s to early 30s.if you know this man or have any information about the robbery, contact police. dane county detectives are looking for the person, they say, pulled off a hotel heist! heist!they ay the man was inside the magnuson grand hotel in madison...hopped over the front desk and emptied the register.a worker who tried to stop him ended up getting pistol whipped.if you know anything about this contact some fond du lac business owners have a mess to deal with after their places were damaged by a car fire.a car was parked along john street...it caught fire somehow...then spread to the building that houses these businesses.damage is estimated at a quarter million dollars. there were no people inside...but firefighters did rescue a dog.fire officials don't know how the car caught fire. also tonight...at least nine people were killed in an enormous warehouse fire in oad. examiner is working to identify those people as officials expect the death toll to rise. danielle nottingham has the latest. oakland city officials say a converted warehouse that went up in flames was under investigation for code violations.
