stein also filed another lawsuit requiring the recount be done by hand. by law, the recount needs to be finished by december 13. the election commision says is going to be tighor counties the wisconsin election commission, which is made up of 3 republicans and 3 democrats, set a timeline for getting those ballots recounted.they spent monday compiling an estimated cost-- which jill stein will need to pay in full by 4:30 today. then wednesday-- county clerks will be trained on how to conduct the recount-- which will start thursday.but the election commission does not expect the outcome to change by much. 00;30;46 it will be very approrpriate. if nothing else this will give us a very good audit it's going to reassure wisconsin voters that we have a fair system each presidential candidate can send observers to every county to oversee the process and the public is also welcome to observe. coming up in our next half hour, we'll also talk about how else you can get involved. concerned about lead in their water can pick up filters from the city. the city says the filters should last about a year, and are ?free? police say this intersection very last breath. he was killed when officers say the car he was a passenger in tried to escape police -- but instead hit another car 18-year-old samira coleman-willks was behind the wheel of a chevrolet. according to the criminal complaint, officers unsucessfully tried to pull her over second before that crash.butshe instead sped off -- going 83 miles per hour. seconds later, officers say they heard a large crash sound and saw a large cloud of smoke. on the ground without a pulse. his family tells us - he had never met coleman-willks before, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. he was loved by everyone. he was loved. shawn was a good kid. there was another person injured in the accident -- he is still recovering in the hospital. according to a search warrant -- there was marijuana found in coleman-willks' car after the crash. she says she doesn't remember anything about the accidentshawn oliver's funeral happens tomorrow. live in there's renewed talk about tougher drunk driving laws... after a caledonia father and daughter were killed in a crash last week.this is the second drunk driving arrest for 25-year-old levi who appeared in court yesterday... on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. vehicle.police say he was drinking at a strip club and drove his pick-up into the back of a car-- driven by 39-year-old kevin dalley.. killing him.. his 9-year-old daughter emily.. and hug the family car had slowed down to pull into the subdivision where they lived. 48-1:06"every time a person takes a key, and put it in the ignition of an automobile, they now have the opportunity to exercise the power of life and death. for everybody they come in contact with. when we see these happen, like we did in caledonia, that just really brings this all to the forefront." 3 in january.. lawmakers plan to push for legislation that would make a fourth drunk right now it's the fifth. ruo-honen's defense attorney says he's being closely monitored by mental health professionals behind bars. he's due in court again next week. looking ahead..the milwaukee man accused of drowning his 3- month-old son in a pond ...will make his plea in court today.sean flowers junior is charged with first degree intentional homicide. according to the criminal complaint... flowers was upset with how the baby's mother was dancing at a family party. witnesses say he held his 3-month-old son underwain him....fighting off attempts from others to free the baby. court records show.. in the past.. flowers was accused of domestic violence against the baby's mother. 3 milwaukee police are asking for help identifying several people wanted in conneciton to an armed robbery at a george webb.surveillance video shows them in the restaurant near 21st and mitchell street last tuesday. police say they stole money from the cash register.. and also took money and a cell phone from a customer.they all left in a black four-door car. if you have any information... you're asked to call milwaukee community members and cops in milwaukee are talking "one-on- one" to build trust and ease tension. but the conversations may have to come to an end. end.listening circes between the community and police has been happening in higher crime neighborhods since the spring. and last night was the last one for the year in the amani neighborhood....leaving many hoping they can get funding to keep them going. 07:28:25 i feel that me and m community and the officers are maing a difference. people dont always see the change that we are making but as will be fine. 07:28:350:45:20 flynn i think the biggest theme you hear from the community and police at the same time, is what does it mean to be treated with respect. 06:45:27 06:45:27 the ziedler group is applying for grants.. they put the listening circles together along with ones in harambee and metcalfe park.we have a link on how to fund them ...on our website. and if they get funding to keep this goin next year..the goal is to expand. we spoke to the sherman park neighborhood association and they say they are interested in possibly having these wisconsin's presidential recount will start thursday... but that's ?only? shawn oliver's family tells us -- they don't want the driver of the car to get behind the wheel ever again. this search warrant reveals details of just how that crash happened. officers say the young driver was trying to escape police, but instead hit another car here at this intersection. 18-year-old samira coleman-willks was behind the wheel of a chevrolet. according to the criminal complaint, officers unsucessfully tried to pull crash.but she instead sped off -- going 83 miles per hour. seconds later, officers say they heard a large crash sound and saw a large cloud of smoke. oliver was found lying on the ground without a pulse. his family tells us - he had never met coleman-willks before, and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. we aint gonna see shawn ever again. you took him from us. i don't care what nobody say. we will not see shawn ever again 3 there was another person injured in the accident -- he is still recovering in the hospital. according to a search warrant -- there was marijuana found in coleman-willks' car after the crash. she says she doesn't remember anything about the accidentshawn oliver's funeral happens tomorrow. 3 3 the packers losing streak is 13 last night...making this the packers first win in ?39 days.?
