According to a criminal complaint zuelzke fired two shots at his neighbor near 13th and orchard on august 28th. He missed. And the bullets went through the mans home. Home. Police say the two were arguing over an old mattress leaning against zuelzkes fence left behind when other people moved out. Zuelzke moved it onto his neighbors property and thats when the fight started. Zuelzke into his own hands. He now faces up to 12 years in prison. If convicted.
