According to the Milwaukee Police department, the 19 yearold jumped the locked fence at the pool with a few of his friends. He then decided to go for a swim. Soon, he began having trouble and sank to the bottom of the pool. When officers got there one jumped in the pool and pulled him from the deep end. They tried to save the teenager by performing cpr but the young man died a neighbor spoke to us on camera but there should be more Police Patrolling the park and make sure nothing like this ever happened again. Cause thats a very sad thing that happened that same woman says shes called police before about kids breaking into the pool.
