this morning... after sneaking into a ?milwaukee county pool? after dark. dark.the 19-year-old drowned at the washington park swimming pool. cbs 58's julie parise is live in the newsroom with our top story. julie, you heard from neighbors.what did they have to say? at least one woman tells us -- teenagers are frequently sneaking into the pool after hoursshe says -- she's not surprised a tragedy like this happened. according to the milwaukee police department, the 19- year-old jumped the locked fence at the pool with a few of his friends.he then decided to go for a swim.soon, he began having trouble - and sank to the bottom of the pool. when officers got there -- one jumped in the pool and pulled tried to save the teenager by performing cpr -- but the young man died a neighbor spoke to us on camera but asked us not to show her face. there should be more police patrolling the park and make sure nothing like this ever happened again. cause that's a very sad thing that happened that same woman says she's called police before about kids breaking into the pool. coming up in the next half hour -- why she says this drowning could have been prevented. live in the newsroom im jp cbs 58 3 new details about a cudahy 9-1-1 dispatcher.... now facing possible criminal charge. the woman was arrested on tuesday for "misconduct in public office" office" the probe started when cudahy police launched their own internal investigation two weeks ago. right now the district attorney is reviewing the case to see if the woman will face charges. the employee is now on administrative leave. the bartender caught in the crossfire in that deadly officer involved shooting in sheboygan last month is speaking out. he says he did his job by calming the would-be robber... and getting him out of the bar so no one was hurt. when police opened fire... killing the armed man at the back door of the union avenue tap. doctors were able to save klessing's arm after several surgeries... but he's struggling to regain feeling in his hand.police released this survellience video of the incident... it shows the man as he came face to face with responding officers. the district attorney cleared those officers in the shooting. 47-1:00 "i've got mimimal use of my thumb. minimal use of my pointer finger. so i'm having to go to therapy tomw that. they said it could be up to a year, ." ." klessig and his fiance are greateful the community raised more than 5 thousand dollars to help with expenses. in his words... he says he has no ill will towards the officer who he says shot him. we're learning more about the business raided by fbi agents last week... on florist avenue in milwaukee. the fbi says it's investigating six people involved in a scam that netted 260 (m) million dollars worth of veterans affairs and years. the contracts were meant for disadvantaged and disabled veterans. they opened the fake business ?here--- but lived in minnesota. official charges are still pending. records show they used the money for plastic surgery, motorcyles even home remodels. the milwaukee man accused of drowning his 3-month-old son in a pond last month... will be in court today for a preliminary hearing. sean flowers junior is charged with first degree intentional homicide. according to the criminal complaint... with how the baby's mother was dancing at a family party. flowers was in the pond with the baby when police got there... that's when authorities say he drowned the child. court records show.. in the past.. flowers was accused of domestic violence against the baby's mother. milwaukee police chief ed flynn is speaking out about gun laws in wisconsin--- but this time he took his message outside the state.. speaking in chicago. 59-1:11 the percentage of firearm related homicides has increased, and the number of non-fatal shootings have increased every single year. change a gun law in favor of easier access to firearms they o do flynn called on the federal government to step in if the state refuses to change the laws. a new marquette university law school poll says most wisconsin voters are ?against?
