remaining two missing inmates are back in custody tonight. they were found in a stolen white van parked at a whole foods. a third fugitive surrendered at a local business yesterday. all three managed to escape from the roof of a jail last week. they're accused of murder, attempted murder and torture. some social media sites are telling gun sellers to take their business elsewhere. facebook and instagram are updating their policies to ban private gun sales. in an email statement, a facebook executive says licensed gun retailers will still be able to post their goods. but person to person sales are no longer allowed. the company says it has systems in place to detect private gun sales, and it will remove any content that violates the new policy. senator bernie sanders' campaign has officially opened a field office in roanoke. the doors to the campaign's second sanders' virginia state director took time to speak directly to supporters during the event. virginia is one of the 11 "super tuesday" states voting on march 1-st. the republican party of virginia has ditched plans to require a statement of affiliation or loyalty pledge in the upcoming presidential primary. organizers voted to rescind a plan requiring participants in the march 1-st primary to sign a statement saying "i am a republican." the oath was recently criticized by gop presidential candidate donald trump and others say it could alienate first-time and independent voters a federal judge and appeals court denied an attempt by trump supporters to block the oath. with iowa caucus voting just days away, hillary clinton's campaign is facing email issues again. candidates are hitting the campaign trail hard but clinton is dealing with a major distraction back in washington. clinton has remained silent about the escalating scandal over her emails at campaign events in iowa. her campaign says the emails weren't gop candidate marco rubio are wasted no time criticizing clinton for putting what he calls sensitive information on her server. sen. marco rubio/(r-fl) presidential candidate: "she believes she's above the law, she believes that she is above the law." the obama administration says it won't release 22 top secret emails found on clinton's personal server. president barack obama is gearing up to make his first visit to a u-s mosque as commander in chief. a senior administrator says the president will visit the islamic society of baltimore on wednesday. he's expected to host a roundtable with community members. he'll also celebrate the contributions of muslim-americans to the country. the president has visited mosques overseas but never in america. tomorrow night is the deadline to sign up for health insurance under the affordable care act. the obama administration says the deadline is 2-59 eastern time monday for the 38 states using the healthcare-dot-gov website. you can also enroll fines are going up for people who are uninsured in 20-16. the minimum penalty is 695 dollars uninsured for the whole year. a virginia circuit court says norfolk business owner's right to free speech. the owner of central radio incorporated claims officials were trying to seize his property for old dominion university's expansion. authorities sanctioned him from displaying a sign saying just that. the city claims the sign was larger than its ordinance allowed. a three-judge panel ruled in the owner's favor and ordered the city to pay unspecified damages to him. volkswagen may buy back some of the diesel cars linked to its emissions cheating scandal. last year, volkswagen admitted it sold millions of diesel cars with software designed to trick emissions tests. an attorney for the company says a buy-back program may be a solution for some of the cars. volkswagen is around our area. how school leaders spots. trafficking in virginia. january is human trafficking awareness month. wdbj7's noell saunders tells about an event held in roanoke today. nadia, straight serves as an outreach for teenagers. about 5 years ago they decided to join forces with law enforcement to help bring this issue light. today they held their fourth annual justice experience event as part of the "blue campaign" to end human trafficking. hundreds attend straight street's annual human trafficking event. dede wallace with the department of homeland security investigation says it's a widespread problem. "last year polaris, which is a national organization for human trafficking, rated virginia as number 5 for the states" human trafficking doesn't discriminate. victims can be boys, girls, women or men, some are as young as 11-years old. "i need people to understand that we still have victims out there that we haven't been able to find so if we can show people what to look for and the signs and where to look for them, i need people to start calling. call a tip line, call a hotline. say what you see" it's all about education. straight street's executive director keith farmer says it's important that parents teach their when something doesn't look right. "parents need to be involved in their children's lives so they know what;s going on and don't let social media be the babsitter. unplug and spend some time. it's huge to invest in the life of your child" the program also teaches people to pay attention to the signs. "if you go to a hotel and you see young girls that are hanging out and taking photos or see hotel rooms with men coming and going. that's wrong. those are really big things you can notice and see easy" currently working on building a shelter called street ransom. it's an eight bed shelter for girls that roanoke area. the organization is currently accepting donations. you can find that information on our website wdbj7.com noell saunders wdbj7. are looking to fill some teaching spots with a teacher this afternoon, schools across the region met at the salem civic center. they accepted resumes and applications, hoping to fill more than 800 vacancies. those who took part got a chance to meet with school administrators face to face. one woman we spoke to walked out with a job the same day. joy ann binsley/took part in job fair: "i had no idea that i would actually be asked to come on board with the school district." those with teaching licenses or who will be eligible for a teaching license by the 2016-2017 school year can apply for positions online. we have more information on wdbj7 dot com. some students were busy on radford's thespian festival. workshops to help students learn more about everything teachers came from as far as california to help students break out of their shells. thespian officer: " it allows you to get out there and meet new people and learn new things, um just so you're not in your school's little bubble. because once you in college you're in the open." organizers say the annual event is in it's 30-th year and they continue to see it grow. the local office on aging's soup for senior's food drive kicks off monday. some drop-off locations started collecting canned food in december. volunteers will collect and distribute the food to thousands of seniors in the roanoke valley and alleghany highlands. doris johnson of roanoke receives meal on wheels and qualifies for the soup for seniors. she says the program is a big help especially since she's not always able to get out the house. doris johnson meals on wheels recipient"it's helped me quite a bit. i have back trouble. it's just me and my doggy here and i appreciate all the meals they bring, they're very good. the help is wonderful" l-o-a is still in need of volunteers. if you'd like to help, head to wdbj7- dot-com for more information. a bassett woman is celebrating her 102nd birthday today! punch during a gathering with friends and family today at the stanleytown health & rehab center . a lot of people showed up to help her celebrate a long life. the years have given hundley time to think, and she has a mesage about how people should treat each other. nelly hundley/ celebrating 102nd birthday: "i've always tried to treat everybody like i should because its no fun to be mad and fuss with everybody. i'd rather have friendship than to be their enemy." an oklahoma doctor is offering his patients a different kind of bedside manner.
