Hutchinson had been on unpaid leave for several months. He pleaded guilty last month to assault after a woman said he began touching her when the two went for coffee following a support Group Meeting last year. Hutchinson was also accused of lewdness, but no conviction will show for that charge if he completes probation. Sources tell us that audit found missing evidence including cash, drugs and guns. For the past four months the Evidence Room of the Braintree Police department has been the focus of an audit, looking into the cash, drugs, guns, and other property seized by police and the audit focus on evidence from august, 2013 to may of this year, and expose and Evidence Room in disarray.
