At least for now hunter is in the process of appealing her 2014 conviction down, hunter may have had to start serving her six month sentence tomorrow earlier this week, the eight additional charges that she was first tried on in 2014 were thrown out. The boyfriend of a middletown woman who was found dead is being sentenced in her pleaded guilty to killing deasia sims in december of 2014. The pair were dating when she disappeared. After a desperate search, her body was discovered near a water works plant on lick road in fairfield. Hawkins will spend prison. Murder charges are being handed out to these four men chester teen. Demarcus staley, justin koch, jibril willingham, and Rodney Foster were all indicted today by a Butler County grand jury. In addition to murder charges, the young men will also face aggravated robbery, kidnapping and tampering with evidence charges. Police say two of the men entered 18 year old tyler kassows home on january 13 th. And shot him in the head. Two others were in the getaway car. Investigators say this was a planned attack but have yet to elaborate on a motive. Kassow was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A former township finance having sexual relations with children younger than 12. Harry steger changed his plea in court today. The former Miami Township finance director first pleaded notguilty to the claims that he was involved in sex acts with children between may of 2014 and may of 2015. Steger is scheduled to be sentenced on march 3rd. He faces up to six and a half years in prison. The case in which two people are accused of beating a two year old to death is going to trial. Trial. Today the little girls mother, Rebecca Kinner and her boyfriend Bradley Young learned their cases will be heard in april. They stood together today.
