shot they rest ran. live in lockland, em, 9oys. more breaking news at five- a well known attorney and radio talk show host is tonite. lisa wells was pulled over for a traffic stop about 90- minutes north of cincinnati last month. nine on your side's tom mckee has been digging for information and is live with what he found. i just got this report from the ohio state highway patrol on that traffic stop of lisa wells and the charges that resulted from it. that stop happened on i-75 in miami county, which is about 15 minutes north of dayton. the report says the osp piqua post received a call of a vehicle driving recklessly. it continues, "when the driver exicted, several pills were observed in plain view on the car seat." "the driver was arrested for ovi and prescription pills were located during a probable charges were filed -- four felonies and one misdemeanor. in addition to law offices in covington and west chester, wells has been a weekend radio host on 700 wlw radio. i reached out to program director scott rinehard to check her status, but haven't received a reply. i talked directly with wells on the phone and when i asked about the charges, she replied, "i am not a public figure and you should not be reporting this." she continued, "ifg you run it, you do so at your own risk." wells hung up the phone before i could ask a question about what that meant. i called her attorney bryan penick in dayton, ohio, for comment, but haven't gotten a reply. craig. a wild story out of boone county- a young man's valentine's day nightmare: abducted and robbed at gunpoint after looking for love in all the wrong places. 9 on your side's julie o'neill joins us live from the boone county sheriff's office. lose a lot of money and get the scare of his life. tonight the boone county's sheriff releasing pictures of the couple that abducted himand details of their scheme. he was a 22-year-old man from northern ohio staying here at the airport quality inn while doing construction work over the valentine's weekend. 47:31 he meets a woman and they're back at his room and she gets a phone call and says i gotta take this phone call and she walks out of the room than she walks out, this guy comes in brandishing a handgun and says you're going to take us to some atms and get some money and they did go to about 6 of them in the n ky area. 47:50that's how tom scheben with the boone county sheriff's office says they got these surveillance pictures of the twoand their car, a toyota avalon, though the license plate isn't clear. scheben says the couple roughed up the victim and let him go after the 6th atm victim doing?
