Service members are stationed here. The air force, navy and coast guard all have facilities on an island only 30 miles long. Adding one of the identified suspects is one of the defendants in the courtroom. The fbi is analyzing the security system. The big question becomes what was so bad on it that it needed to be deleted, versus what weve seen that was horrible. Reporter video from other cameras on the first floor of the house has been the crux of the prosecutions case. Allegedly Fraternity Brothers forc forced Timothy Piazza to drink in excess. Reporter charges for 18 Fraternity Brothers range from manslaughter to evidence tampering, in a case highlighting the darker side of greek life. Penn state is conducting its own investigation. The hearing now entering its fifth day. The defendants have denied all charges. And Defense Attorneys argue any new footage would show nothing more than a tragic accident. Just minutes before it was scheduled to start, the ceo of google canceled an allhands meeting, citing the safety of employees. The meeting was scheduled to address the controversy around an internal memo, written by james demore, saying women were underrespected in tech because of genter differences. He was fired for violatining googles coat of conduct. Hes filed a labor complaint. And he plans to sue google now. And altright groups are threatening to go after them. Some google employees became concerned about openly asking questions at this town hall, given that firestorm and the event was canceled. Police believing the woman driving the bmw mistakenly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, causing the car to break through the barriers. Almost a year ago, a similar incident happened at the same garage. In that case, a wire wrapped around his tire and left the suv dangling on the pseuside of the garage. After the first incident, Police Issued a citation, citing unsafe cable systems. After the second incident, the owner installed barriers filled with water.
