You can also this is kind of crazy drink a cup of coffee before you lie down for your cat nap because it takes about 30 minutes for the caffeine to kick in, so you you told me that before, and listen, think about why airplane naps are so great. You drink coffee first thing in the morning, you fall asleep for 30 minutes, you wake up, and you get work done. Then you feel alert, and you have the caffeine in you. Its like a double bonus. 22.
